Good choice of rooms starting as cheap as 500 baht. Even the cheapest room was very good considering the price. This Soi and the Nightlife area behind the hotel can be a little noisy until 3am but no problem for me because I was usually out until very late. I spent ALOT of time in the Gents Club across the road called Maggie May's. What a wild place full of loose Thai girls that loved having fun with customers. I shouldn't say too much here as this is a hotel review but I stayed at this hotel due to it's proximity to Maggie May's. The room can be cleaned daily and they restock the water, toilet paper, fresh bed, fresh towels as you would expect. I believe they have bigger and more expensive rooms that include a kitchenette which might be useful for some people. They also have a large dining table and lounge area to entertain guests.

The boss aunt is really super nice! ! We went to Pattaya to book a hotel in Ctrip. Her son didn't know that there was no room to help us confirm. Later, when we arrived, the aunt of the boss was waiting for us at the door of her house. We called us all the time, and told us. This matter, then contacted the hotel for us, just opposite his home, the price is almost the same, she always said sorry, then accompanied us to check in, answer our various questions, also told us to go to her the next morning to eat Breakfast, if you want to go somewhere else, you can ask her, or she can help us to report the group. The next day we will return to Bangkok. She will contact us for the car. The price is right. It will take more than an hour to go to the hotel in Bangkok. Location is good, just beside beach road. Central mall is just opposite. The condo itself seems old but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities inside the room are in good condition and all working fine. Ground floor and 2nd floor for parking, 3rd floor is the all the shops, laundry, massage and cafe, reception for check- in at 3rd floor too. Probably will comeback to this condo if I don’t want to stay at hotels and consider the apartment type of stay again. Overall it was convenient.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I rovers exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt like a valued guest. The location is perfect for exploring pattaya and its nightlife. Although in the busy area, my room was quiet. The room was equipped with AC that worked perfectly. Hot water, free shampoo, and soap. A fridge and a TV. There is a safe lockable cabinet. Security is excellent. The waiting staff are attentive and friendly. I ate here multiple times, and food was always served within 15 minutes, hot and tasty. The sausages were particularly good. My only comment for improvement is that i like to have mushrooms on my English breakfast. Overall, for the price, I don't think you can find better. I highly recommend staying or eating at I rovers.

Sorry to say, it was awful the choice I had made. I don’t mind old houses but at least with good maintenance. Not enough lighting cause two lamps were burned, from the living room. The garbage box was still dirty despite had a plastic bag before it. The laundry machine was too old and damaged. The hanger was also damaged and left it on the balcony like garbage and I try to recover it. I found, should be there long time, two cigarettes butts over the laundry area. No Wai I will recommend to anyone

The hotel has a very new bathtub room. I really love it. The decoration is very nice. There is actually a famer bob co-branded doll in the room🥹. It is very convenient to check in. The Chinese customer service sent me a lot of travel guides and can help me book cheap adult shows😂. The lady also gave me free gifts. I bought a lush starry sky bath ball 🤣❤️ It’s perfect to take a bath while listening to music and watching the sea 😊🏖🌅 The night view is also great 😊🏖🌅 The infinity pool on the top floor is recommended for everyone to take photos. The location is very good and it’s just a few minutes’ walk away from the Central Mall. There are all kinds of things downstairs. It's very convenient to go to restaurants, bars, etc. It saves a lot of taxi rides💰 The room also comes with a Dyson, which is more convenient for hair drying. I stayed here for a week. The most comfortable hotel I stayed in in Thailand. If I hadn't been to Bangkok for something else, I wouldn't have wanted to return😆

The environment is very beautiful and belongs to a villa hotel. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. But Ctrip's guide map is wrong. The English name of the hotel: Avila Resort Pattaya is correct. The Chinese name is written on Ctrip as Avila Resort Hotel in Pattaya. The map leads to a remote and desolate road, with a single house at the end. As soon as they approached, two big wolfhounds barked at the courtyard gate, very scared. In desperation, I searched for the English name of the hotel on Google maps. The Chinese name showed that it was Pattaya Jomtien Echak Hotel, but the hotel photos were exactly the same. The difference between the two places is tens of kilometers. After taking the Shuangtiao car twice, and then following the Google map guidance, I finally found the correct location. I hope that Ctrip can fix it as soon as possible to avoid running in the wrong place.

This is probably the 4th time I've stayed in this funky guesthouse. Unfortunately this time I was in the midst of coronavirus spreading across Pattaya. For nightlife this location would be hard to beat, however I have noticed they have not updated any utilities or any fixtures and fittings. I always stay in the superior suite, front side and the back side suite, which is a lot quieter. I noticed how hard the bed was, literally no cushion inside bed. Also the sofa has had better days, it was so hard after 10 minutes your bottom goes numb. Apart from the comfort issues of the furniture and bedding, the guesthouse function was satisfactory. If they could provide comfortable bedding and change the sofa, it would still a top-notch stay for night lovers

The room size is not too big but not too small for two. The decolation & the location is the best. There are beautiful swimming pool on the top floor 59th, fl. 40th, fl. 30th and the ground fl. of the condominium. You can enjoy the ocean view from the room at the 11th fl. There is a night market just right next to the condomenium. One thing you need to know if you drive a car and need parking. There is no car entrance from the beach front road (Jomtien first Rd.), you have to use the main condo entrance from Jomtiem Second Road. I called the owner when arrived the condo sale office. One of his friend showed us the room and give a key card. The room is new and just clean but I found an opened water cap and a fruit bit left under the table which was unexpected for us. The bed is comfy, the bathroom and the aircon is great It is easy to find variety of street food at the night market just next to the condo and the beach is just a few walk from the beach front entrance, very convience. This room in the condo is worth for money.

Advantages: There are washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens in the apartment, supporting facilities have a top-floor swimming pool, gym, convenient eating and activities around, it looks very high-end. Especially the top floor to watch the sunset. Disadvantages: You need to add the landlord WeChat before you can get the key. There are no slippers. The bedding is uncomfortable with chemical fiber products (sorry for the price). It will not provide you with mineral water, towels, toiletries and other services every day.

The room is very cheap. I am impressed with the hospitality of the staff who are welcoming and chat like a family The receptionist 3 persons are very friendly. If there is a chance to stay here again The room smells very clean, very impressed, giving a warm welcome like dominating the kitchen.

Staff : Friendly and positive from restaurant to cleaning staff. Room : Some wear&tear that easily could be changed with something new. Bathroom shelf, toilet ring ect. It was all very clean but looked stained and old. Food : Restaurant was very good with friendly staff. And you can see sports as premier leauge matches. Location: If you are a party man then it is for you cos it is in a busy party street where the noise goes on until 3-4am. WIFI : The wifi was 10/10 and very important as I upload YouTube Videos everyday. Security : Door locks simple but you are in a enclosed part of the building so I was not worried at all. All in all a good stay exept the location was not for me as I a not the biggest party dude.

The boss aunt is really super nice! ! We went to Pattaya to book a hotel in Ctrip. Her son didn't know that there was no room to help us confirm. Later, when we arrived, the aunt of the boss was waiting for us at the door of her house. We called us all the time, and told us. This matter, then contacted the hotel for us, just opposite his home, the price is almost the same, she always said sorry, then accompanied us to check in, answer our various questions, also told us to go to her the next morning to eat Breakfast, if you want to go somewhere else, you can ask her, or she can help us to report the group. The next day we will return to Bangkok. She will contact us for the car. The price is right. It will take more than an hour to go to the hotel in Bangkok. I am very grateful to Auntie, the most nice person I have seen in Thailand. I also took a group photo. I will definitely decide to return to her hotel in advance. Blessing, best wishes!

The TJ Guest is located about 200 m from the beach on a quiet side street. It is very clean and the furnishings and the shower area are very well maintained. It is friendly furnished and the equipment is complete. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this guest house.

I really enjoyed staying here, peaceful place, close to everything.. Great helpful staff and as for my first time in dorm I slept very well. Bed is big and confortable. Privacy is OK with light occulting curtains, you have a private lamp and plug for your phone. Wifi is excellent. I enjoyed using the common kitchen to prepare my own meal. Homemade great lemon juice for 20 bath and free mineral water . Comfortable lobby where you can relax read (lots of guides..) or work on computer. I recommend, will come back for sure.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I rovers exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt like a valued guest. The location is perfect for exploring pattaya and its nightlife. Although in the busy area, my room was quiet. The room was equipped with AC that worked perfectly. Hot water, free shampoo, and soap. A fridge and a TV. There is a safe lockable cabinet. Security is excellent. The waiting staff are attentive and friendly. I ate here multiple times, and food was always served within 15 minutes, hot and tasty. The sausages were particularly good. My only comment for improvement is that i like to have mushrooms on my English breakfast. Overall, for the price, I don't think you can find better. I highly recommend staying or eating at I rovers.

I cannot fault this hotel in any possible way and I'm a little fussy with small details. Stayed for almost a month and all staff encountered including Stefan were very friendly and helpful. One of the cheapest places to stay in Jomtien area and great location in soi 4 about a 2 minute walk to the beach and main road. my room was very spacious, comfortable bed and I liked that it has both AC and fan option. Didn't opt for a balcony room as I hardly use a balcony but there was a table and 2 chairs in the room which was very adequate. I didn't have breakfast during my time there because I prefer to sleep a few more hours in the morning so I can't comment on that but I'm sure it's up to excellent standards. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Highly recommend your hotel to anyone. Next time I'm in the area I will only stay with you.
