The apartment is an easy 5 minute walk from the station and there are many shops and a beautiful Temple close by. It is also close to a river (great for jogging).It is close to a train line so there is the noise of trains going by. Most guests (99%) aren’t bothered by it but worth mentioning.The housekeeper lives in the building and she can speak English. Her contact number is listed in the brochure for reserved guests in case of emergency. Check in is self-serviceIt’s a great neighbourhood with all the conveniences nearby. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, convenience stores, temples are all close by.It’s just a five mins walk to Takahatafudo Station which runs regular express trains to Shinjuku (28mins).We offer free Wifi during your stay!

1. How should I put it? The house is old and still being renovated. There is no front desk. When I met a few guys (probably staff members) who were working on the house, they didn’t know English at all, so communication was very difficult. 2. This location is far from the subway, a fifteen-minute walk. It is next to the track, which is very noisy. The location is remote and there are many mosquitoes. 3. There is no charge for a washing machine in the house. There is no dryer. I was told that there was one nearby when I walked out, but I couldn’t find it. 4. The sound insulation is very poor. You have to go to Shinjuku to go to any subway station. It is not recommended to stay here if you are traveling. The transportation cost and time are really not recommended. 5. How can I put it this way? If you want to experience suburban life, you have enough time. It’s okay to wander around. You can cook and there are many small shops and convenience stores to eat. It’s not as convenient as a hotel when traveling.
