We had a terrific couple of days at Jemsty. It is very well located. If you get a Hakone Freepass transport is at your door. The room is nice in a traditional Japanese way. Futon beds and comfy pillows plus tatami mats create a lovely atmosphere. Fuji was visible from our window. Mac, the owner, is very helpful. He provided detailed explanations of how to get there and how to do the things we planned. The meals were superb. Breakfast was nice and the dinners were out of this world. I loved the chicken hot pot whereas my wife felt that the pork syabu syabu was the best pork she’s ever eaten. I can highly recommend Jemsty in every way of you plane to visit Hakone.

As a B&B, there is nothing to say about the hardware. The service is a bit embarrassing. The whole process of check-in is guided by email, and there is no Chinese yet. There is no floor heating in the room, and the air conditioning is not enough, so a heater is installed (the effect is OK). There are refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, etc. You can buy groceries and cook by yourself, but the nearest supermarket in the surrounding area is 5km away. Where can I go to buy groceries? The biggest problem is the curtains, which are broken and there may be a big tree outside the window, which seriously affects the view. It's the same old-fashioned blinds that can't be pulled without blocking the light. The bathroom system is good and smart, and you can also set the bath mode in advance. The vending machine at the gate was broken and has not been repaired for a long time. To buy a bottle of water, you have to travel a kilometer away. There is no shuttle service.

I made a reservation for 8 college students. It was the best in a beautiful house as shown in the photo!! The kitchen was also equipped with almost all the equipment and there was no inconvenience in cooking. I was surprised that there was a hot plate that could make crepes. The bath was also １ The floor was only a shower room, but there were two, so it was okay for a large number of people, and there were five beds. The outdoor hot springs add 500 yen. If you are outside, you can soak in the room. Anyway, no more than 30 minutes. Enjoy yourself. If you don't wear it, you don't want to wear it. Although the water doesn't seem to change much, it seems that there is water circulation. It is the hot spring that I feel the fastest. I may have sulfur.
