The apartment has 5 lift thats serves 40+ floors. So using lift can be very challenging. Ps. Its near to Jollibee 😅 around 10 - 15 mins walk

Location is very convenient, close to Pavillion. No ac on lift area, super hot My room smelled so bad, they use naftalina and it’s so strong. On checkout they wanted to charge us 100rm because one of the towel was a bit dirty with make up. I had to hangd wash to be able to get my deposit back. I have never seen hotels charging for this. The staff was very helpful and polite however the manager didn’t even answer our call. There are so many better options around to stay for this price.

This house is really worth the price.. Even though I had to change the elevator for 2 times to go up to the apartment and to go down to the lobby.. During check in, he recommended to change to another house, because the house I chose was quite old and comfortable.. The house he recommended is a bit modern and very comfortable.. Which I really appreciate! The size of the house is also very suitable for family groups. The location of the apartment is very close to the Pavilion and you can even go from the basement Brands Outlet directly to the Pavilion.. The cleanliness is also very satisfactory, whether it's the toilet or the kitchen. and he irons.. The check in and check out process is also very easy.. Will definitely rent again if I go to KL with my family. This house is highly recommended, guys!

Overall it was disastrous staying at this establishment!! We were so looking forward to this trip but it was ruined by the stay in this apartment units. We stayed four nites. The lobby was very smelly akin to smell from a public Men toilet. We booked four rooms. The issues were as below:- 20th Flr - Room internet was not great as the router is at next door , a 2 bedroom unit. 18th flr - Rooms internet was not working for entire stay. No offer to move to other units or provide any solution to issue. 15th For - Room Aircon was faulty. It was loud and not cold. I was sweating in middle of nights. Complained on day 1 and follow up everyday but no one came to fix or update us the solution until the 3rd night I had to lash out at them. It was fixed the following day but all too late for nothing. It was totally unacceptable with this level of customer service that no solution or refund/credit was given for the sufferings we've gone through. Poor follow up on the issues by customer service team. What was very disappointing is they knew of the internet issue at 18th flr and yet they put us there. We felt we were cheated paying for less than advertised. The smart Tv was useless as it relies on internet connection. Hairdryer was faulty and never replaced even though we follow up everyday. The only positive I can say is the location. Being in the middle between major shopping centres. It is located in between Pavilion an TRX. Anyone who still wants to stay here, avoid 18th floor at all cost... you have been WARNED!

The facilities are old and there is not enough warm water to take a bath, so someone needs to repair it temporarily. As soon as there was no reception at the store, a group of Indians took us to the room, which felt bad. Fortunately, the Indians responsible for the docking are pretty nice. You get what you pay for. Always more than 500 a night in the CBD, that's it.

For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

It's like staying in an Air BnB. We had a whole 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to ourselves. The apartment came with plates, utensils, a microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and plenty of toilet paper. The AC worked well and the kids enjoyed watching Mr. Bean on whatever streaming service they had. The location is hard to beat. The other hotels in the area are super fancy and super expensive. The only concern was some signage in and around the building as to the legality of short-term leasing and home stays.

Our stay, although only the 1 night started badly from the moment we arrived. We discovered the hotel has no reception in the lobby. I was instructed to message the host & he would come & meet & greet us. After being kept waiting for 35 minutes I messaged again asking if this is normal & got a reply ”it is for us” then I suggested they shouldn't keep guests waiting to which I received another reply of ”it's called queue, not waiting. I then received a message from a different number who then presented himself to my wife & I which my wife said to her surprise he had been sitting outside opposite her for the past 20 minutes. He then showed us to our room which we found very spacious & quite comfortable. We were then asked for payment which I produced my credit card only to be told cards were not accepted, only cash. Having just flown in from Thailand we were not carrying a lot of local currency on us. What hotel in a large bustling city does not offer credit card facilities. This was a first for us. I then had to proceed in trying to find a nearby ATM without luck. I received numerous messages & calls from the gentleman with him even coming to our room at 10.30pm to collect payment which at this time I explained I hadn't found any so would have to make payment next morning. This is totally unacceptable. The room itself although nice lacked basic amenities which included no soap in the bathroom, only a half roll of toilet tissue which I had to go & buy extra, no bath mat or hand towels, tea or coffee facilities, a TV with no working channels tuned in. Overall our stay was disappointing & I probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless these issues were addressed.

We arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Service was good cos when i asked the service agent to change a newer kettle for me, she immediately changed a new one for me. The room deco was kinda old and worn out, tiles of bath tub was broken with tape covering, curtains was stained with brown patches, wall ceiling was torn with water dripping, condition of the room was quite bad. The gd things are, shopping mall are just downstairs, with supermarkets and eateries, 7-11 etc..very convenient! Hope they will refurbish their rooms so that more customers willing to return back to stay. I would rather book and stay at the hotel instead of apartment. Hotel is on the left, and apartment is on the right.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.

This is a relatively new property located directly adjacent (or across the street, depending on how you look at it) to one of the newest attractions in Bukit Jalil, i.e. Pavilion 2. The hotel itself is situated within a retail mall known as Aurora Place, with multiple eateries and shop-lots available here, in addition to hundreds more at Pavilion, for the benefit/convenience of those who stay here. This was my first ever visit to Bukit Jalil... and to summarize the review of my two-night stay here, below are the major pros and cons of this hotel, based on my personal observations: Pros: 1. As mentioned in my 1st paragraph above, the location is extremely strategic. F&B places are easily accessible and mostly within walking distance. Plus, a simple matter of crossing a pedestrian walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall. 2. The rooms (or suites) here easily cater for travelers with small families, with two beds in each unit. 3. This being a relatively ”new” hotel, most of the furniture and fittings still look pretty new or are in good condition. 4. Lastly, the rooftop swimming pool offers a nice view of the surroundings (and also as far as the KL city skyline). Cons: 1. Probably the biggest letdown of staying here was the fact that the hotel does not subsidize parking fees for their guests; the reason being that the car park belongs to the Aurora Place mall and is therefore not under the hotel's management. However, with no other free or cheaper options available within the hotel's vicinity, the parking fees per day (and per night) do contribute a significant addition to your hotel fees here! 2. The hotel management also needs to put in more emphasis on pest control. I have managed to see ants and other ”creepy crawlies” either within my unit or outside at the corridors.

The originally planned house was said to be broken down, so we stayed at a nearby hotel. After struggling for a long time, it rained heavily, but the location and room of the hotel shown were still quite good.

The location is very good, a few steps is klcc, the landlord is also very good and intimate, I will explain it to you if you don't understand it. It is very convenient to go out. It is very close to the two big shopping malls in Kuala Lumpur, especially convenient.

Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Very pleased, thank you :)

Location was great. Unit was suitable for families. Morshad Khan was very prompt and helpful on fee times we had challenges on checking in and wifi issues. Reservation Service Assistant is a bit inconvenient to contact and gave us the wrong door passcode and quite unable to resolve the wifi issue until Morshad came to help. Overall, the experience is good, Morshad made it better. Would appreciate if there was a brief proper orientation of the amenities of the unit.

The apartment itself is centrally located and there are good security/valet officers. It is about a 10 minutes drive to Mid Valley and the train station is nearby too. Payment is a breeze too and instructions are clear. There are a lot of good food too nearby if you care to walk. I find that this is the hotel for friends and families but the ”second floor” is pretty steep and not meant for very young children. It is more suitable for families with teenage children instead. There are enough facilities in the house too like Netflix. However, the walls were peeling leaving residue and cleanliness was a slight issue as there were hair here and there. There is also only one access card per room and this made it difficult if you are going out with friends (who wants to do their own things).
