|0.85km from city centerI’d give it a five if check in was easier. Room is spacious - it looks over the entrance of the metro station so there is some noise from trams, traffic and a nearby hospital. But the room itself is spacious, clean, plenty of hot water and the price was right. Check in was difficult, partly because my phone company had not given my phone international access as we’d requested a week earlier so i could not coordinate access with their agent and early check in is not available. If you are not jetlagged and have a working cell phone I’m sure check in is significantly easier. Also, a warning for anyone taking the express train from the airport - you have to validate your train ticket or a 12 euro train ride becomes a 62 euro trip with fines.

|2.46km from city centerWhat a cute hotel! A short walk from Centrale station. It doesn’t have a traditional reception, but check in was automated and easy and my emails were answered very quickly. The check in instructions were very easy to follow. The room is compact, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, in room safe, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, kettle, tea bags etc. The bathroom is so cute, but again, has everything needed, including a bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rack and magnified mirror. I would definitely stay again. Recommended.

Purification of the hall unfair. Spacious, clean and comfortable carnivore. New furniture, careful in every minimum detail. Excellent price. Breakfast served in the room. You can choose the time, so very comfortable and super satisfactory. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre.

One-room households cost 150 Euros a day, and the 4-star hotel UNA HOTEL has a lobby, and the restaurant is readily available for 120 Euros a day. I was poisoned in the suite. |4.05km from city centerThis is a very basic business hotel, which I made the mistake of booking for a family stay. Location is 10 min walk to the Lambrate subway station which is ok. The room was spacious, clean, had a desk, wardrobe and sideboard for luggage. The shower was very narrow and only 1 type of eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo was provided. I do appreciate the towel rack they provided as there were 4 of us. Most rooms have only 1 or 2 hooks to hang towels, even if they accommodate 4. Wifi speed was good and easy to connect. Our room was next to the stairs leading up from the entrance. So in the evenings, the peace would be broken by stomping up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing every time someone entered or left, and their voices echoing down the corridor as they spoke. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful. On their website, airport shuttle is listed as an available service. On Hotels.com it was listed as avail for €50, which is the main reason why I booked this place. When I asked the staff about this, she said there’s no such service and she’d reserve a taxi for us. We only need 30 min to get to the airport. Luckily I checked, as it takes at least 1h! So later in the day, we went to the front desk to change the timing of our taxi booking. Another staff was there and told us no such booking was made. He’s unable to book a taxi in advance and we only need to come down 5 min before our desired time and the staff will call for a taxi for us. And, the one way taxi ride is a fixed price of €100.

The place has got the garage, another great thing in this area. Breakfast was always nice. I travel a lot but I have never tried this showroom concept. In fact i liked it a lot. There is a lit of “Made in Italy” that one can take back home. Thank you very much for a great stay! All the best in your business! Would recommend and cone back;)

|0.78km from city centerthe apartment is beautifully located in the Brera district, the apartment is spacious, clean, neat and very well equipped (2 TVs with Netflix, music box, fitted kitchen, large bathroom, large bedroom with wardrobes.. etc), there is nothing to complain about and the prices charged are relatively low for the place, But what makes all the difference and which deserves more than 5 stars is the service offered by the reception staff: Eva and Nicoleta are worthy of a service encountered in the best 5-star palaces, these girls are simply unfailingly professional and kind, every detail, request or wish is organized to perfection before, during and after the stay… a big thank you to Eva and Nicoleta, they will be the reason why I will not hesitate for a second to return to this apartment during my next trips to Milan. I spend the majority of my time traveling for work and leisure and I can guarantee that the little details and attention received especially by Eva during check-in mean that I can only thank them and recommend the BeLate apartments in via Tivoli in Milan

|0.89km from city centerWe stayed here for one night, booking a room with panoramic views. The location is fantastic, very central and right next to the shops. The room was, clean and modern, with free touches such as water, slippers and toothbrushes. However, we did not receive a panoramic view room as booked (the room we did get was still good) and the WiFi was very problematic. It would turn on and off constantly - we complained twice and each time it would magically work... Seems like they are reducing devices on the server to save money perhaps? Quite frustrating. Also the room is advertised as having a smart 42” TV. The tv was smaller, this is fine but it was unusable as a smart TV as the remote provided left us unable to access any smart features. So this issue and no WiFi meant for lack of entertainment in the room. They did allow us to store our bag until 4.30pm which was most appreciated.

Apartment on two floors with two double beds, large bathroom with bathroom and washing machine, small dishwasher, corner cooking, coffee machine, microwave, Wi-Fi . Very served of every small detail useful for your holiday Surely the strength point centrality On the way of the passerelle and the main way of shopping , metro and all others I strongly advise you also for hospitality (They were concerned about how the holidays were going and whether we needed any more of the ggs that were there). They were very comfortable even the luggage store after leaving the apartment at their offices near the station, which has allowed us to turn the day of departure until late

Very good location with San Babila metro a minute's walk away, and great shopping and the Duomo within 5 minutes. The apartment is big and well equipped, comfortable bedrooms and lounge, and a useful kitchen with washer. The only thing I can think to complain about is the hot water system whistles when you take a shower :-) Checkin was great - Brera staff communicated well via SMS and very friendly on arrival. Overall great value for money and a great location.

It was very easy to walk to the metro each day which was steps away, and the train station next door had trains to both Lake Como and a direct Train to Malpensea. The aparthotel itself was located in a very clean, quiet building with a door person during the weekdays. At night it was easy to enter with instructions. The room itself was a good size, enough for a couple in one room while a friend stayed in the living room on a sofa bed. The kitchen was a good size and very well equipped. Each day, the aparthotel checked in on us by whatsapp to make sure everything was ok. We did not interact with them too much as everything was good in the room and we never needed anything. I liked the place for the nice room and central location. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Milan.

|2.24km from city centerPrior to even arriving to the hotel, the manager contacted us and threatened to cancel the reservation after we had already told him our arrival time. He was very aggressive and rude with us. The hotel is not as described online or by the owners. We were told by the manager that the room had its OWN bathroom - however upon arrival, we found out that we a shared bathroom with everyone on the floor with us (which is about 5 or more rooms!). They have a stray cat that roams around the entire hotel and your room. They do not let you keep your OWN hotel room key, if you want the key for yourself so they don’t go into your room while YOU ARE NOT ON THE PREMISE - there is a charge of 30€ and can go upwards. The room smells so bad, there is no circulation in the room and everything that is written that we get with the room is incorrect - there is no LCD TV, no remote for the TV, no kettle, the beds are so uncomfortable, the windows don’t even open and the balcony door is nonfunctional. The breakfast is also just cereal that you can buy yourself from the grocery store. If you have allergies this is a no no place dusty stuffy cat all over your stuff and room . When we mentioned it he changed it on the website from no pets allowed to pets allowed check booking or hotels different pictures different wording and all not true don’t be fooled stay safe

The most difficult thing is that if English is not good and Italian is not good, there is no way to connect. It says check in at three o’clock, but contacted and emailed them on the same day, and was told that they could check in at three to 40, otherwise they would have to go to the center half an hour away. Take the key from the station. Take the big luggage, just wait, you can't get in touch when you get there. Make customer service calls, international calls, ten to twenty minutes, no one answers, in short, stay in a hotel, too much brain-burning things go out.

|0.61km from city centerOn a whistle stop tour before flying back we decided to visit Milan after The Dolomites so the wifey booked this place, its a great location and is a very large 2 bed Apartment, Lounge and integrated small kitchen which in all honesty serves its purpose and is good. We were accommodated by Ana who was a great host, remember there is no concierge so is almost like an Airbnb experience, don't let this put you off as they are super organised and efficient and have access to the property 24 hrs a day.. we did try to get another night but didn't manage to as they were booked. My only little gripe was the shower temperature changed sporadically and a little noise( not much) was heard from the trams in the morning but not ALL apartments face the street where the trams operate,

Even without internet it will work to get you wherever you heading out. + 15 min walk to from Milano Duomo, on the route there plenty of restaurants, cafe, grocery and deli stores. Pharmacy and metro 10-12 min away from apartment. The apartment was spacious - living room with TV, dining table, chairs and loveseat. Bedrooms are small. Small kitchen with fridge, sink, dishwasher?!, small electric plate for cooking. Spacious shower room with washing machine, and no dryer; toilet and bidet; two sinks. WiFi box for opening the door had a password on the bottom of the device. Working lift to the 4th floor. - you need to have/use internet for opening of the street gate (it’s keyless) and then the door as into the apartment was also keyless. Physical Keys were left inside for a further use. No mosquito/ bug screens on the windows. Noise from outside is loud, almost like NYC. The beams in the loft were issue for my tall husband‘ forehead. The place was not the cleanest, cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs on the walls smeared. Be aware to get to lift you have to walk with luggage two flight of stairs. Overall, I would book it again when travel with family of 4 as toilets flushed, water was hot in showers, good mattresses and good location.

|2.75km from city centerMy friend and I stayed here as we wanted somewhere really nice for the last night of our holiday. The apartments are less than 1 minute walk from Ciazzo Metro Station and less than 5 from Milano Centrale. They are located in a beautiful old Italian building with a little old lift. We were really warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The room was stunning, and super clean, with juices and beers in the fridge (included) and a Nespresso coffee machine. Lots of amenities in the bathroom too including robe and slippers and lots of fluffy towels. The shower was also excellent with a rain option or hand held. The balcony was beautiful (well 2 actually as there’s one from the bathroom too!) and the bed was so comfy! A beautiful wardrobe leaves ample places for your belongings as well as a safe and a lovely full length mirror inside the door. A real hidden gem but I’ll be sure to recommend. I think if you were a couple it would be a lovely romantic getaway!

Is near two metro stations. From the outside doesn't look like a hotel (it has no sign) but one of the staff members saw us searching around so he showed us our room. From the inside you can see that is a very old family complex building, so you would definitely get the typical Italian neighborhood feeling. The elevator is very small and has a bit of a smell, but for the rest we really liked the place.

Its our fault too didn't read the instruction clearfully which it required 3 days before to inform the owner. so if you guys travel like us have unexpected itinerary .We are not recommendation this one.

Had a beautiful room sleeps 3 room number 4. Had a balcony and TV. Excellent cleanliness!!! Now the famous spa is a walk away! The trams and busses a walk away! Mcdonalds a walk away! Supermarket next door! This place was perfect 🥰 We done 3 days, 2 nights! There is so much to do in Milan! I suggest you book everything you want to do. The spa was lovely... central milan at night is beautiful. I highly recommend you book here! Perfect for everything you want and such a great price. Just want to add that this is a very safe place to stay. Had a main door! Another main door! The front door! Then your room door. Safe neighbourhood always people around. We cannot wait to come back Thanks so much for making our trip amazing xxx
