I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

male receptionist here practice with customers is very bad Talk to us as if we came to ask to live with you for free!!! We are the one who book the hotel and make the reservation in our name. But I haven't checked in yet because it's still working. But will go in around 1 pm after work. But my mother went to check in first because she traveled a lot from the province. Mother arrived, checked in around 13.20 hrs., but the male receptionist said that she couldn't check in. Because the name reserved with the person who came to check in does not match (but the same last name), my mother called to tell me that I couldn't check in because I had to use the card of the person booking only. so called back In order to tell the staff that we can't work, can't go out, but can I send the ID card documents via Email first? So my mother gave the phone to the staff. to talk to myself because mom doesn't know 6But the staff replied, ”No, I don't talk, why do we talk? It's the same!!!” Why are you talking to our mother like this? Ask me. After that, we call the hotel directly to talk to the staff about booking. The same male employee answered the call. So we request and our need for employees to listen Including all booking information, it's the same. Talking to our mother is not good. Then talk badly to us again. Still insisting that our mother wait. Until we go in or not wait until contacting the Agent to change it to our mother's name to actually stay, we just want our mother to enter the room first. We inform the agent to change the booking, or how we will go in. because of that, our mother In the end, the staff refused until we notified the Agent to change the name. Employees don't care Mother still had to sit and wait for the room for almost 30 minutes before entering the room. 1. hrs. Treat customers like they should not work for service because we work in hotels too. I'm so angry with my mom like this!!!

I like the room here big space compare to other hotel around same budget. Staff were helpful. A bit noisy from neighbors at the mid night. It took almost 1hour to find this hotel, there’s no hotel sign only banner in front of entrance, I walked almost 10times on the hotel street but still not found the hotel. You can find this hotel I would recommend.

The property is beautifully decorated. The room is big and comfortable. Super love the free flow food room, I can have a drink there, I feel hungry when there is instant noodles and bread. Their steamed buns are superb, have to try it! In this place you can find many cheap halal restaurants and nice massage shops. Just 5 minutes walk to rachadewi BTS and less than 15 minutes walk to Siam to explore. The receptionist was also very helpful and always willing to help me with any problems. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is located very close to the downtown area. Everything next to the hotel is where you can eat authentic locals. I do n’t know why no one commented. I was so shy before I went. I did n’t expect it to be great. The disadvantage is that the garbage collection trucks are particularly smelly at two or three o'clock in the middle of the night.

Stayed for a week. The hotel is fairly new. Everything is sparkling clean. Has laundry self service machines and tumble dryers. Rooms are nice, clean and new. Great location, in a quiet area. Nearby 7 eleven on main road. Great services, and friendly staff and receptionist. Has security. The gym is pretty decent. The swimming pool is great. Can't think of anything negative. Will definitely stay again.

Before the reservation, I received so many praises, and it was not too cheap for nearly 400 yuan a night, so I booked a three-night twin room. After the check-in, the room on the second floor is given. The room is small, the ceiling is at your fingertips, and there are several intersecting beams that are quite depressed. The only window in the room was a stinking small ditch and toilet paper that was dropped upstairs. The only place to dry clothes, there are only three hangers, and drying a pair of underwear is not enough. The bathroom emits a strange smell, the glass window of the bathroom and the room is not well blocked, and the person who can bathe in the bathroom can be seen outside the room. The air conditioner remote control is bad. The air conditioner control panel that has been poked can only be switched, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The air outlet is facing the bed, and the cold air cannot blow to sleep. The water that is provided for drinking is the direct drinking water that the hotel itself fills. I don't know if it is not clean. The store is not willing to provide such cheap bottled water. It feels awkward. My friends and I forced myself to stay here for one night. I felt more sensitive when I was sleeping on the bed. I ate a loratadine and went to sleep after an hour. I slept very late the next day, because I didn't dare to expect breakfast at the hotel, just don't eat it. Since the room can't be changed, it can't be retired. I can't live. So I re-booked a nearby hotel with similar prices but dozens of times. On the third day, I came back late at night and went into the room to take the rest of the salute. I found that the towel used on the first day was not changed, the bed was not finished, the bottled water was not loaded, and the garbage bin was filled with the first day of garbage. In general, this hotel is not as good as the seven-day level in China, which seriously affects our mood to go to Thailand. The New Central Guesthouse hotel offers simple rooms, but for its price and location they are a gang. We have been staying in Bangkok 3 times, in the same area, and it is hard to find so cheap rooms in this part of the city and that are double rooms and above with air conditioning. The room has only one bed, a bathroom, towels, a pair of fine coats and a tie. The room and the bathroom are unconditioned, except for having a shower with a pressure that is a wonder and hot water for you need it in a warm country like Thailand. People complain about the location but even though it looks a little tettric the small street where it is located I think it is safer than the Kao San Road itself. The hotel is a very nice hotel, and it is a great place to stay in the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Located less than a kilometer from BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Phrom Phong, this lovely little piece of beauty right in the middle of Bangkok certainly did not disappoint. Well-decorated, well-thought of and well-maintained, we had honest to goodness memorable stay here. People are lovely, attentive and kind. Rooms are of decent size, AC was working well, wifi was fast, pillow was nice, bed was soft and ok to my liking, there was a mini fridge, showers hot enough, window providing lovely Bangkok views and TV with cute Thai channels. But it turned out that everything was much worse than we assumed, we thought the bar was only for the guests of the hotel! Very quiet and great location on the back street of Chinatown. I was able to spend a lot of time with five families. The room we stayed in was on the third floor. Because there are only stairs, women with a lot of luggage may be a little difficult. It's a little disappointing that the hot water in the shower was almost water. It is rather quiet and spacious on budget residence. Still the residence is close to the road, car, motorbike and ambulance noise. the taxi and the food you can use the app GRAB. I think it is less noisy like in Sathorn or Silom area. the people are very helpful. The cleaning ladies seem to do a lot of job. and you should ask to the front desk if they don't clean the room. The TV doesn't work. I arrived very late but the employee sent me a message to email. close to the nut BTS station. 10 min walks. and the Rotus(grocery chain) is at the BTS. It is better to buy from here than getting food in 7 eleven. room to room it is different. some room is roomy other is not. no bath tub. there is convenience store and local Thai food shop and some bars. and laundry shop. and massage shop. there are a lot of guests coming in and check out but you cant make a friend as it is not hostel. The TV should work. Walking around the neighborhood would be nice thing to do. although it should not be so hot during the day. you should definitely need short or tank top. and sometimes heavy shower so umbrella. there are not all of the place you can use credit card. so use the ATM. ............. ...... ...... .. ..

The service is very warm, apartment-style management, each room sends a door card, in and out of their own card. Slippers are required to enter the door and the inside is very clean. While the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you. the location of very convenient. It has a pool and gym and it is quite too. It's located between Asoke and Nana station. less than 5 mins walk I can assess to Terminal 21 and many pub. If you walk further out you can find location shop. I brought some bread from a local bakery and taste very good. I also surprise KFC sell Portuguese Tart.

Relatively close to the Bang Na subway. Find easy, you have to go on the street leading to the Wat Bang Na Nai temple and look at the signs on the right, there are also grey gates. The numbers are minimal, but clean and new. There is a refrigerator, a conditioner, a shower with a toilet and a balcony exit if you can call it that. There is drinking water in bottles. The hostess is very positive, kind and speaking English. It is quiet at night and no one is preventing sleep. There are also consequences. The long way to the room (203) is on the corridor and up. From the tap for some reason only hot water went, although even turned off the boiler. What didn't expect was a hard mattress on the bed, a monastery, still a temple in two steps.

We stayed in a lovely family room with a master bedroom and bunk beds in the living space. The rooms was only the fourth floor (no lift). Staff were very warm and welcoming. Location is exceptional and very convenient - you can almost touch the MRT station out the window. (this however did make the rooms very noisy with trains, traffic noise - although they do provide earplugs) We were given a small gift for Christmas Day which was a very thoughtful touch. I had the impression from other reviews that a light breakfast was provided but this is not the case (perhaps my misunderstanding) but you can bring your own food to prepare in the shared kitchen. Biscuits and coffee available at any time. We would definitely stay again
