We stayed here for 3 nights and it was excellent. We arrived very early from Bangkok and were allowed to check in at 8am so we could have a rest before exploring the city. We were given bikes and also allowed to borrow a scooter for one of the nights to get in to town. The journey from the guest house to the centre is a short distance but pleasant. We got eggs and toast every morning for breakfast and lots of water. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely warm shower. The host was so knowledgeable about things to do and gave us great advice which made our trip even better. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend staying here.

It was an amazing stay - 2 night's. Room very clean, air condition was great, the garden around was absolutely gorgeous! The owner super nice and always happy. We could leave our luggage after stay until the flight in the evening. Also great base to walk to chiang mai. 20 by walk to center and 15 min walk to street food, mcd,.. I recommend for all.

Good size room for 3 people. But No elevator was not convenient for my mom our room was on 3//F. If rooms can provide dish washing detergent would be helpful since there is a small pantry area in the room for us to use microwave and have few dishes and cups. Not good is Bathroom Shower water spills all out and makes the floor all wet making it dangerous slippery.

Stayed for three nights, overall it was good. There was a simple breakfast, a nice environment, a good atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly. There are free bicycles you can borrow. Of course they are very old. It is good to borrow them and take pictures nearby. There is also a very delicious Dapao restaurant nearby. After exiting the hotel, turn right and then left in three minutes.

The room was quite clean, but the facilities were a bit old and the room had a slightly damp smell. The sheets looked a little darkened with use and the mattress was very thin. The toilet didn't work after flushing it twice. The air conditioning is very powerful and the price is quite affordable. You can check in 2 hours in advance and get a good night's sleep.

In fact, this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, because I work in a county here, and I often come to Chiang Mai during weekends and holidays. It was good when I first checked in, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were perfect. So this time we still booked a deluxe single room for two days. One of the double rooms faces the street and is noisy. But the single room inside is very quiet. As a result, I told the front desk when I arrived at 11 o'clock to store my things that I hope to give me a room on the second floor, because the order has clearly indicated that I booked a deluxe single room. Who knew that when I checked in at 3pm, I took me to the double room facing the street, and then said that the single room was gone. Because I have booked for two days, can I change rooms the next day? She said no, it's gone, I said the price is different, I set it more expensive than the one I live in. They didn't tell me how to solve it. Anyway, they just said, ”I'm sorry, I'm out of room!” They were very depressed, and they didn't want to bother with them. I ended up having insomnia for two nights. Changed place on the third day. But it is worth mentioning that the breakfast is indeed rich and great.
