Real review! The room is really clean and has complete toiletries. The boss is very nice. He can speak Mandarin and it is easy to communicate. He has installed the air conditioner and ventilation fan in the room in advance. If you ask any questions, he is very patient. The next day I took my kids to Disneyland and left my luggage in the store. I didn’t pick it up until 11pm. The boss told us not to worry. Thank you very much🙏 I will stay there again when I come to Hong Kong in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

The location of this hotel is super good, 10 meters to the left of Exit C of Yau Ma Tei. Across the street is Wanning. The room is equipped with towels, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. The boss also prepared a mainland convertible power *****. This is my third time coming to Hong Kong. The accommodation conditions of this hotel are really good. You can also send your luggage for free after checking out. The boss is very enthusiastic and will also introduce us to places to visit. Answer all your questions. This is the most satisfying accommodation experience in Hong Kong. I will recommend it to my friends!

Room is clean and size is enough for two people specially if you are outside the whole day touring HK since you will just rest, sleep and shower here. It is located in Alhambra bldg. which is surrounded by many food shops, restaurants, and establishments. There’s 711 almost in every block. There’s Hang Seng Bank where you can withdraw using any foreign ATM card as long as it’s mastercard or visa. There’s also snacks, laundry shop, and coffee shop on the first flr. Drinking water is provided. There’s also electric kettle. Room has shower with hot water, aircon, and exhaust fan. Other things provided are two towels, two toothbrush/paste, tissue paper, two pillows, and one thick blanket. You also have a shared chairs, table, and hangers located at the hallway that you can grab to your room. Owner is very accommodating, kind, helpful, very considerate, very approachable, and can communicate well in English. We arrived around 9pm and he happily welcomed us. We can feel how he wants us to feel comfortable in our stay. On our last night he informed us that there is a night bus preventing us from checking out as early as 10pm and spend the night in the airport since our flight back to PH is 7:30am the next day. Overall this place should be rated no less than 5star for its value for money. Your money is very well spent in this accommodation.

We arrived quite early than the scheduled time. They happened to have a vacant room ready and let us check in directly. It was very considerate and the lady at the front desk was also very humorous and interesting. If you store your luggage, you have to pick it up before six o'clock, but we played a little late, so there is no problem if we go to pick it up. The location is quite good, Jusco Island is just downstairs, and Mongkok is just a short walk away. It's a great experience. The sound insulation is also very good. It's very quiet at night and you can't hear any outside noise.

For college students traveling to Hong Kong from other places, the hotel is right next to the subway station. The location is not remote and is very convenient for travel. Stayed for 3 nights transportation is very convenient. Hostel is located near Mongkok mtr and shopping district with just a few minutes walk. The boss is also kind and helpful, easy to talk to works 24/7 and is very enthusiastic. They will allow to store your luggage for free if you arrive earlier. The room is clean and has no peculiar smell at all. Trash is taken out daily. Basic amenities are included such as towels, hot shower, hair dryer etc. Great value for money. I will stay here again next time.

Our overall experience staying at Hop Inn Hotel was satisfying. The staff members were approachable & easy to deal with. Although we arrived late due to airport processing delays & we failed to check-in on our supposed Day 1, but I was surprised to know that they actually waited for us until midnight. We arrived past 1am. We had to check-in at another hotel. I liked that they can be contacted conveniently through WhatsApp, so every time we have any requests like water refill for the water dispenser, a replacement towel, or toiletries, we did not have to go to their main office on the 13th floor. They cleaned our room daily during our 5-day stay. Our belongings remained safe. I appreciate that they had a big shelf by the side of the bed, where my kids placed their stuff so their out of the beds and another shelf at a corner with a few hangers where we organized our used and unused clothes; hot and cold shower; two stools/chairs; and most of all, a medium-sized table where I was able to temporarily store our foods & vitamins where they can be easily reached and work conveniently with my laptop during the night. Only suggestion for improvement, though, is to get rid of the smell of cigar smoke in the room. Thankful that we had my daughter's anti-allergy meds with us and her allergies did not trigger. Overall, the experience was good. Thank you! God bless your business.

This is definitely on the lower end of hotels in HK price wise, and obviously that is reflected in what you get. However, I will say that the room that I got is not what I expected based on the pictures. Pictures show 3 windows, and I got a window with a view to a backyard that smelled less than great. Probably will find another hotel next time visiting HK, but it is ok if you're on a budget and just need a place to stay. Staff is very friendly.
