But had trouble checking in at the guard gate as I didn’t know we need to call the landlord and then give my number to them. It would be better if they ask for the email address at the checkout. The other 2 pools which I am looking forward we cannot use. Below there's a food court which sells good roti prata and nice fried chicken. And a small super market. About 15 mins drive to bukit indah town.

- the R&F mall is practically empty
- this particular apartment was a bit run down and a bit dirty.
- one of the benches has a tear in it
- electric switches for the fans in home can be a bit confusing to use.
- one of dining chairs feels flimsy and about to break.
- dining options are not that cheap or worth the money
Good sides:
- air con was decent
- has cooking stove and electric equipment
- washing machine
- decent balcony and comfy furniture

The swimming pool in the activity area is very good, and the children will like it very much. The boss and the cleaning aunt are Chinese, so they communicate very well. |3.97km from city centerIf you consider as Malaysia, and lower your expectation, this is a near perfect place to stay. I booked at 2 nights for SGD 126, it is an absolute steal. Just across the road is Mall of Medini, where it is connected to Legoland at the other end of the mall. Supermarket, fastfood, chicken rice shop is located in the mall.
Just below the block on the left is an indian grocery stall, and a 7-11, and Gleneagles is just at the other side from Mall of Medini. Food are easily accessible in the area during daytime.
There is a park, interconnecting other building in the development on G floor. Swimming pool on highest floor at level 22, with a gym.
Bath tub is relatively clean, aircon is good, cleanliness is acceptable, only the washing machine was faulty, everything else required is working well. There were 2 toilets, sufficient for all of us, and we were given 4 towels, also with shampoo and shower gel, but take note there is not toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
Aircon is cold, wifi is provided upon request, security guard at lobby, this place is recommended. The unit is spacious, my son tried to balance bike ard the house.

If U don't like sun please don't choose sea view. Be careful where U park if U drive only on empty lots with no car plate number I got wheel clamped before cos I was tired and blur after a jam.

|4.54km from city centerBooked this for a short stay from Trip.com. This is an apartment with a good view, short distance away from Mid valley megamall, one of the largest mall in JB. After the trip is confirmed, send a tinkle to the email stated in the confirmation best is 3 days before checking in. The customer service will send a watsapp number to communicate and arrange for the procedure. They are very responsive and tend to your every needs.
There is a coffeeshop right next to the building and they opens very early for a good meal. The mid valley mall is just a 10 minutes walk away(you walk through the open space carpark) where 50% is sheltered. Should toy be walking from mid valley, keep to the right side of the cluster buildings where you see it. the entrance is on the right side of the cluster. There is no counter service. You need to check in with an identity card at the security counter on your first visit. Then follow the instruction in the email to collect your room key.
This building has some playground, slides, a Gym, an edgeless pool overlooking a forest. Particularly it is family oriented. The walking track on level 7 is very long. which is good for a morning joggers it has a viewing deck where it overlook to the sunrise in the morning, some hammocks for a lay down at night, a prayer room at the far edge with cleansing facilities. You must take a walk around to see the full facilities. If you drive, there is parking lots, some lots has Ev charger. Not sure if they are for your use so do enquire with the customer service.
Apartment wise, we are allocated a unit with a full function kitchen with microwave, fridge, induction cooker with pots and washing machine. There is only tower provided. no toothbrush. Soap is available for washing dishes and hands. I recommend you bring your own body soap and facial cleanser. The bedroom has a stunning view overlooking the Mid valley mall. As it is Hari Raya season, we get to see some small fireworks during our stay from the windows.
Do keep the room as good as you first enter as a good stayers.Cheers.

|3.3km from city centerWe booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries. Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels. Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

The only downside were the toilet as there’s no door to it. It would be recommended to have a door in between the toilet and bathtub so the customers has a peaceful time doing their nature calls. I feel the bed length abit shorter since i’m tall and usually king bed are big and long but not for this stay.Thanks

Crockery in kitchen is very limited.
Rooms need to be deep cleaned and maintained. There were so many spiders and ants in the room. Spring mattress average comforting. For 2nd day room service didn't come to clean the room.
No water bottles supplied. Parking was provided in visitor parking, no direct access to lobby.

- air con is strong enough. Ceiling fans provided.
- management help replace faulty water flask on same day.
- nice and big swimming pool.
Dislike:
- nearby no place to buy food nor supermarket. Need to take taxi 10-15 mins away to shopping mall.
- jacuzzi is dirty, and cockroaches around at night.
- bed at living area, height is quite low for adults.
- Balcony is dusty. Area is small, not really suitable to sit outside to enjoy view. Not recommend to open balcony door esp at night. As we did that and cockroach came in.

|3.95km from city centerThe apartment belongs to the UHA group. Be sure to pay attention to the place where the key is not in the same place as the hotel. First whatsapp contact UHA to get the office address and gate password. Go to the key yourself. Go to the hotel again. Less wrong roads.
The location is very good, there is a swimming pool with sea view. 10 minutes grab drive from Legoland. You can cook your own basic cookers. Suitable for a family of four.

|3.97km from city centerthe location of the hotel is not bad. there's food nearby and its away from the busy city so its more peaceful. the check-in instructions given was clear. however, i guess the room has been quite some time since someone checked in cause the bathroom had spiderwebs and some areas were dusty and the utensils they provided was dusty as well. there were only knifes, no fork and spoon. but the oven and fridge are working well. best part about the stay was that the tv has netflix. and i like the simple concept of the house. would come back to stay again.

However after I made the booking, I found I have to pay additional fee of laundry RM110, so it’s not cheap anymore. Besides, the advertisement informed us the room was for max 5 people so I thought there were 3 beds but there’s only one queen bed and a single bed. We went there as a family of four, so the three of us have to squeeze in one queen bed.
