A satisfying experience, strong security, well-equipped facilities, cleanliness, butler service is also very intimate, help us take our luggage to the room in advance! The room design is a small suite, partitioned layout, thoughtful. The door lock is not easy to open, and the domestic lock is turned on in reverse! And it is a double lock design, so I have tossed the door for a while! If you leave a light in the room in advance, it will be fine. After all, I just checked in and didn't know the environment. The location is perfect for us, as it is within walking distance to the vibrant Shinsaibashi Street, where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The only difficult part is the during the day of our arrival and departure since we have a lot of luggages to carry but other than that, location is ideal for us. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby was incredibly convenient for quick snacks and essentials. The space was more than adequate for our family. The room layout was thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable and practical, especially with a young child. We appreciated the range of facilities provided, including a cooker, utensils, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and home-like. However, I would recommend a couple of improvements to enhance the comfort of future guests. The bed could use an upgrade, as we could feel the springs, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, for guests staying longer, it would be great if the hotel offered more frequent towel changes. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book again for future trip and recommend to our friends as well.

The B&B is self-service check-in. I didn't expect the room to be so big when I opened it. The tatami is especially suitable for organizing things. It completely exceeded my expectations. the staff were very friendly and informative and my room was clean. Room came with a hairdryer, 2 towels, private bathroom/shower and a refrigerator. This is the best &Hostel I have stayed at in Japan. If I’m ever back in the area I will be staying here again! 8min walk to the train station, 30min to Dotonbori, multiple convenience stores within 5 min or less walk. The ONLY complaint for me is my room was quite cramped with my luggage & other things. Maybe a storage shelf or something would help.

It was within a 15-minute walk from Dotonbori and about 7 minutes from Shinsaibashi Station, making it very convenient for getting around! As you can see in the photos, the room was spacious and clean, so I had a pleasant stay without any major inconveniences. However, I had a few issues with the free Wi-Fi connection. They said the Wi-Fi password was written on the wall in the room, but I couldn't find it. When I asked, they gave me a vague answer, saying it was in the living room and that I should check again. After several rounds of searching the room, I couldn't find it, so I contacted them again, and they only shared the password after a long time. If they could have shared the information, it would have been better if they had told me right away when I first asked. (The password was written in very small font above the living room outlet, not on the wall.) Aside from the Wi-Fi connection, I had no other concerns, so I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The shower room is considered above average in size for Japanese hotels, and the soundproofing is decent. The hotel offers a Western-style breakfast, which meets the needs, and it’s convenient since there aren’t many breakfast spots in Japan. The front desk is very friendly, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in. This hotel was quite satisfactory during my trip, and I would choose to stay here again next time!

The location is great, and it was great to be able to go to tourist spots like Universal Studios Japan and Dotonbori in no time. The smell from the drainage pipes in the room was bothersome. I would still come back even with that in mind. I asked about the WiFi password, and found it out, so it would be even better if it was written in the room.

This was the most spacious room I've ever stayed in in Japan! The amenities were comprehensive, and the washing machine, in particular, was incredibly convenient. It was such a relief not to have to hand-wash clothes while on the go, and having a balcony to dry clothes on made things even easier. I only packed two outfits for this trip to Japan. After checking in, I immediately headed to the Life supermarket just around the corner to stock up, where I discovered many useful daily essentials. I picked up all sorts of food every day, and the prices were quite reasonable. Cooking Wagyu beef I bought there myself was an absolute steal! Transportation was incredibly convenient. Tamatsukuri Station was only about a ten-minute walk away, and Morinomiya was also within easy walking distance. I even spotted an SL63 parked right downstairs!

Great apartment, everything as described. Used the washing machine once and the detergent was already available, which is very nice. The only downside of this apartment is the front door on the first floor. The door doesn't open on the first try, meaning that the key doesn't turn easily, so be careful when opening it. I highly recommend this apartment, I really enjoyed it!

Choose by price/quality ratio and remained delighted, although there were few feedback, which was a little worried. But everything is in vain, good location, lots of places (it's still an apartment, not a hotel), there is everything you need for a comfortable accommodation, there is an air conditioner in both rooms. We will definitely come back here if we are in Osaka. Thank you!
