The room is clean and tidy but small roaches litter around the floor of the bathroom and bed. The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that weren’t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.

Extra bed should be charged, check out at 12 o'clock, I check before 1 o'clock, overcharged me more than 200 p, 2 points check, to charge 800p. And this did not tell me before I checked in. When I left, I said that I need to give more than 200 p.

Stayed for a night only. I got a free upgrade on the 18th floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 t&b (one with bath), small kitchen and two verandas. I arrived at 9am, too early for check in but they allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel while I meet my friends until check in. Everybody was nice but I noticed that they treat Chinese differently. Room wasn’t so clean. Fridge was not cleaned before my check in so were the cupboards. There were trash inside prolly left by the former guests. Couch was very dirty and clearly stained. The space was good but I’m very particular with cleanliness and sanitation considering the price.

Our stay there was very disappointing, apart from the unit being very dusty and the floor dirty that i have to clean it. Not ideal for thise who have kids and I don't like your customer service. Too much hassle to use the amenities. it is not stated on trip.com that the pool has a fee per use. We were made to wait for a long time just for the ticket and were told that the pool was close even though it wasn't and also the guards and the pool attendant are so rude. It was my first time to experience something like this with everyone we checked in with. Guards and pool attendants are rude.

What I admire most is that we can cook at the condo. They have a smart tv where you can watch your favorite netflix movies. It has many elevators that can cater to all guests. The staff were also kind and was attentive to all our requests.

In general, not bad for one night and in the morning at the airport, cleanliness was excellent, there was no blanket, the towels were more like 2 small blankets, which we had to cover ourselves with at night, it was quiet at night, the air conditioner was low noise, a cockroach came from the gap between the floor and the wall, staff difficult to reach, but friendly, location in a non-tourist area, I don’t recommend going for a walk in the evening, there is a 7/11 in the building.

I was in StayMalate, but I was in the hotel's room, and I was in the hotel's room. The rooftop is super nice, you can eat a curry chicken with rice for 3 or 4 euros or other dishes. You can also make yourself eat, but given the price of the prepared meals, it's a pity to eat too much cooked meal pasta as the French I've seen recently. The place was so clean and smelt good everytime. Everyday breakfast inclusive in the accommodation was fantastic. I did not expect this place to be that awesome in the midst of the city's jungle. Here I have been once again. Actually, I have come to Pension Natividad at least once a year since 1993 (25 years !). And every time I am back here, I still remain surprised and amazed. Surrounded more and more by the arrogant modernity around and resisting to any unnecessary technological frills, this is an oasis of old-time atmospheric Manila as well as a form of respect to the once existing greenery around: even centenary trees are still kept sprouting among new buildings. Really, thanks for keeping Pension Natividad as it is.
