|0.7km from city centerThis is one of the friendliest places I've ever stayed at. Me and my 11 year old son arrived for the first time in Cambodia and the manager couldn't not have done any more to make us feel welcome. He arranged a transfer from the airport and showed us to our A/C with fan room. They helped so much with tuk tuk to the the temples. Where to eat and get about. Beautiful children filling the foyer with laughter. Practically as well it is in an excellent location. Tucked away off the street and walking distance to any of the action/food/shopping or just walking and talking. Felt very safe and wish we had planned a longer stay. Jonathan and Monty UK

|0.79km from city centerWe were very good. The staff is smiling to die, all super sympathetic. They offer cheap excursions even if we didn't use them. The room was very spacious, with air conditioning and toiletries in the bathroom, hot water and coffee and tea boiler. The price is very low, and there is also a small swimming pool that is very useful to refresh. The whole structure and the room were really clean. It is, a nice living!

|3.15km from city centerWe had the privilege of staying in your accommodation in Siem Reap for a month, and we wanted to share our unforgettable experience. First and foremost, the peaceful location of the property was a real asset. It allowed us to enjoy a month of tranquil relaxation, away from the daily hustle and bustle. The peaceful nights we spent in your comfortable beds were particularly appreciated, thanks to the absence of any noise disturbances. The room's decoration was extremely pleasant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a significant advantage, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We also wanted to highlight your responsiveness as a host. Your availability and willingness to help greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable and worry-free. The free and secure parking was another positive point, offering additional peace of mind. |2.85km from city centerAs soon as she arrived at the airport, the lady boss arranged for someone to pick him up, all the way to her hotel. The service attitude of the proprietress is really great, and every detail is in place. Help us change beds and ask us what kind of breakfast we want to eat. The breakfast made in the morning is really good, and there are plenty of fruits to eat. Wake up in the morning, the air is fresh, and I feel the harmony between nature and people, as well as the beautiful human etiquette. She was very comfortable, and the lady boss was also very enthusiastic. She asked a lot of questions. He answered and helped us one by one. When we finally went to Phnom Penh, she also helped us order a great car. I have stayed in so many hotels in China, but the sense of service is not as good as that of the boss. Good time concept, understanding of needs, orderly, and enthusiastic service, it's really great! After experiencing what is people-oriented, this is the real achievement. A gentleman loves money and takes the right way. I have experienced it, profoundly, and I am very happy to have such a life experience. When I left, I couldn’t help but gave the boss’s wife a hug, moved and wished her a prosperous business.

|4.12km from city centerAbi was an incredible tour guide! My partner and I were referred to him as a tour guide for our Angkor Way experience by a trusted friend and resident of Siem Reap. We were not disappointed. He picked us up where we were staying and took care of everything! Abi is a knowledgeable guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of Cambodia’s history. He is also genuinely friendly and charming. Seriously, our trip to Angkor Wat would have not been as deep and fun had we not chosen Abi. He is also well known as a rescuer of cats and a helper of Siem Reap’s children. We give him our highest recommendation!

|0.38km from city centerLocation is good, just to the old market. Arrived at bus 8 Dollar + Tuk Tuk 1 Dollar from the new airport.
There is a motorcycle rental shop nearby.
There were only stairs, and I was on the 5 floor in Japan, so even if I bought a little, I ended up climbing the 5 floor stairs. I think that those with weak legs must give hope to the lower floors.
Also, the room is large, but the rain leaked or some of the room was wet, and the socks were wet without notice. I didn't change the amenities on the first day and asked them to change it, but here again, the stairs of 5 floors (tired) occurred.
2 On the day, cleaning and amenities were replaced, but the floor of the toilet was soaked that I didn't notice it and my socks got wet again.
As a result, I was washing it almost every day.
And the shower is quite wet.
Also, the steps on the stairs are not uniform, so it seems to kick.
However, if you don't say luxury, you can stay in a private room cheaply, so I think it will be a good stay if you divide it.

|0.29km from city centerA beautiful budget villa in the heart of the city with great walkability to the markets, pub street, restaurants etc. The staff were the nicest and very communicative before even getting there. They even sent someone to give me a ride from the bus station to the hotel. The rooms are clean and basic. Would recommend living here when on a budget! Of note, there is no elevator and some rooms are on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind when traveling with large suitcases.

|2.96km from city centerThe room was clean and tidy, very quiet, the toiletries were fully prepared, the sheets and bedding seemed to be silk fabrics, skin-friendly, slightly slippery, very comfortable, air conditioning, electric fans were provided, the accommodation was very close to Angkor Wat, and two knives a day of bicycle rental were provided. The boss's mother is like our aunt Daqi in the street. It is so interesting. The boss has three children and is very polite. I will say hello when I meet him in the morning.
The downside is that there is no TV. It is estimated that there will be some regrets to see the local TV programs. Then there is always a wild dog in the alley. The first day may be born and barked. It is not here. The whole Siem Reap is full of wild dogs. Most of them are not barking.
The inn has two rooms, one is two floors, there is air conditioning upstairs, up and down the stairs need to use a small staircase, not recommended, because even if the air conditioner is turned on upstairs, the downstairs is very hot, after the night, go to Angkor Wat early the next morning, go downstairs is still an instant sweat, Recommend to live on the flat layer inside.
Overall a very cost-effective inn.

|2.3km from city centerBecause it was too late to book a hotel and many of them were full, I decided to book this hotel after reading the first review and stayed for two nights;
On the sixth day of coming to Cambodia, this is the cheapest and the happiest place to live. Like a blind date, they are very simple; I am completely English-speaking. When I come back outside, I sit downstairs and order Take a cigarette, use a mobile app to add my Cantonese Mandarin, and teach their family members to speak Chinese, and they will be happy to learn from me; there is a two-story building in the courtyard, which is for breakfast, ordering food and sitting idle. I sat up there, returned at night, and finished Chinese lessons. I went upstairs, ordered a beer, smoked a cigarette, followed the headlines today, and a foreigner (a person with white skin) was reading a book.

|0.95km from city centerLike the rest of Cambodia's tourism industry, Five Roses is recovering from the effects of the Covid19 pandemic. Not all of their services are up and running, but they plan to reopen their restaurant in the next month. Otherwise they are back in business with clean, comfortable rooms, excellent WIFI, a full travel and tour service and a nice little pool to cool off in. For $12-$13 a night it's a steal. The staff have been great and the manager Mr. Chanty has organized bus tickets to Phnom Penh and Kampong Thom and is a fund of local knowledge. I love this place and have really enjoyed my stay here. I'm happy to give it the heartiest of recommendations.

|1.24km from city centerSala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel.
The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

|0.97km from city centerI was worried whether to stay at the airport on the first night, but I decided here because of my heart. I know the goodness of a Japanese inn, but I knew myself that I couldn't do that today, so I thought about throwing me into the Japanese inn. Everyone had their shoes peeled off at the entrance. The inn was usually a fan-only room, but this was good for the time. The clasp that prevents it from opening inside was crushed and was meaningless. The frontman was kind and polite. There were no people in the surveillance but I was looking at the camera and I felt the security was OK. Breakfast was normal, but the proof was dark and I felt that it was a little downside. I could only see the roof next to the room window.
