The door is locked with a key, so there is no ridiculous thing like someone saying that the electronic door lock is not powered and makes it impossible to enter the room. When you go to the lobby, you have to use your iPad to check in (ipad has multiple language options). If you do a pre-check-in before departure, you will quickly go through the check-in procedures. Remember, although he There is the word ”hotel” but it means ”condo” after it. In fact, it means ”B&B”. In addition, people have already stated that this is an unmanned hotel. I don't understand why anyone would expect service. Although there is no one in the hotel, I tried sending email to their customer service morning, afternoon, night and early morning, and they could keep replying to me within 10 minutes.
