The geust house was amazing. Just had a bit of a problem with the wheelchair. I would suggest installing a fixed shower bench with disablity railings in the shower. Also at the toilet. The wash up basin in the bathroom was not really suited for wheelchair use as well. Except for this i will definately recommend this this to others and will concider stsying here myself sgain.

Brooklyn is the most privately-run, human-friendly bed and breakfast I have lived in these years. The century-old house has a small garden with a swimming pool. The home design in the room is very artistic. Living people. High quality breakfast, excellent location, convenient restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area, located in the quiet Brooklyn neighbourhood, relatively safe area in South Africa. The breakfast was of high quality, the coffee and fruit omelette were delicious, and the service could not be said. We did our best to help all our needs, and we really feel at home! recommend!

Very Bad Service. Arrogant Owner. The Owner is also a ******. The Owner quoted me for Accommodation and Meals (Company paid her in full). And on arrival I noticed that they did not have facilities to prepare the meals. She forced that I must eat food prepared in the kitchen that is being painted and dusty. (pictures attached). The room I slept in was dirty and had cockroaches. Dirty sheets (picture attached). The owner still charged for meals she never provided and further threatened me, and she also indicated to me that she sent a report to my Company about my behavior (Which she did painting me all bad). Fortunately, over a decade I was never accused of such behavior by any Hotel / Guest House and her report really meant nothing about my behavior. Poor Service. We did not have electricity the whole time (Even outside the Load Shedding Schedule). The Owner is also a ****** and has no respect for Black People at all. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone especially Black people. My Company has paid for the Service that was not delivered. Very - very bad Service. The staff working there is also not happy especially the black People. The Manager at the Guest House is pushed around and have no say as he is also trying to make a living. Very bad lifetime Experience. I have been in Hotels and Guest Houses for over a decade now. But this was my worst experience.

I think you must train some of your waters to be friendly and to learn to greet customers.The waitress who was working on tha monday morning did not greed us ,she just asked us what we wanted to eat and it took her about 30 min just to bring me hot milk and make some tea and when she brought milk it was not hot When we leave the dining she didn't even bother to ask if we enjoyed the breakfast or not.Another thing is that i did not enjoy supper .my advise is to call customers and find out what they prefer to eat so that you prepare before their arrival because at break fast i asked for fruit salad but it was not no there and that is my preference.

This accoomodation is in a beautiful location in Pretoria, very safe, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Garden Suite which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We met two housekeepers who were extremely pleasant and helpful giving a 5-star service for breakfast. Within a 2 minute drive is a small shopping mall with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. This place is a hidden gem in Pretoria and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a long or short stay. We did not meet the owners but were taken very good care of by the housekeepers Mumsie and Martha. Watch out for the mosquitos near the outdoor pool.
