The location is a few tens of meters on the right hand side of Interlaken W. It is entered from the left-hand glass door of the Asian Garden Restaurant. The location is very convenient. Here is the E on the first floor, and the first floor is the upper floor. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the station is outside the window, the glass is soundproof and not noisy at all. This apartment is self-service, the hotel will send you an email to tell you the room code. I like the small kitchen very much. I go to the nearby coop to buy some food and cook it myself. It is very suitable for families with children. It is delicious and cost-effective. The disadvantage is that there is basically no service, check out and knock on the door to remind you, it depends on personal preference.

The apartment is in the center of interlaken shopping streets. There's a few branded outlet shops with good price. The apartment has a double bed and a bunk bed which was perfect for a family of 4, there's also a small kitchen where we cooked a few nights so we feel like home. But the heater goes on and off at times so there are times when we feel a bit cold but it was november so we can manage the coldness. The downside is our room was on the 4th floor, so getting the lugagge up was abit crazy 😁

Never book this hotel and save yourself from many problems! Pathetic management of this hotel! Yesterday our client - Mr Ashutosh Narayan went to this hotel for checkin with prepaid voucher and hotel front office staff told them that due to overbooking, they have shifted them to another hotel - Apart hotel Krone, when clients reached Apart hotel Krone, their front office told guest they have to pay CHF 529 to stay in this hotel, guest told that they hv already paid to Harder Minerva so Aprat hotel should take the payments from Harder Minerva, but Harder Minerva has denied paying to the new hotel and told guest they they will refund the guest, the payments they have made for the booking with them and guest can directly pay to the new hotel - Apart Hotel Krone ( the cost for the new hotel is much higher then the cost guest has paid to Harder Minerva in 3-4 months advance booking). The travelers have never faced a cheating like this from hotels and middle of the night he was stuck with his family and luggage so he has to accept this arrangement and had paid CHF 529 to Apart Hotel Krone. Please don't book hotel Harder Minerva - as they can throw you out anytime if they get a booking at higher cost than yours. We are going to file this complaint with Swiss tourism as well.

We spent a week in the Adventure Guesthouse. Family rooms under the roof. The beds | mattresses are comfortable and it has enough space for 5 pers. The large bathroom with shower and bathtub is class. The refrigerator in the room is small, doesn't matter much, because you can use the large refrigerator in the community breakfast room | kitchen. Breakfast was rich and varied. The staff is friendly and premature. You are through you and that makes it ”cozy | familiar” We liked it. We're happy to come back
