The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with one particularly outstanding young boy offering us the opportunity to rent a motorbike, which greatly enhanced our exploration of the area. The resort’s serene atmosphere, accentuated by its emptiness, provides the perfect setting for those seeking tranquility and solitude. However, due to its secluded location, it’s essential to have access to transportation, as taxis are difficult to come by. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, although it’s worth noting that Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms themselves. Nonetheless, the strong Wi-Fi signal in the garden area compensated for this, allowing us to stay connected while enjoying the beautiful surroundings filled with lush greenery. It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable.
Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean.
Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess.
Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time.
It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.SOLD OUT

Great location, but the food and facilities were not good. BBQ buffet dinner was awful. It was super windy day. Hot food was cold, cold food was warm. BBQ dinner was highly recommended by staff. After so disappointing, we do not dare to try the free massage service. Elevator is extremely slow. 5 mins waiting time was typical. Buffet morning was a chaos with tons of tourists. The hotel is scheduled to pick up VND 175,000 and the journey will take approximately 40 to 50 minutes. The family travels together, the apartment is set, the bed is very comfortable. You need to leave your passport at the front desk for check-in and return it after check-out, as many Vietnamese hotels do. The swimming pool in the backyard is divided into two areas, which are suitable for children. The backyards of the apartments are all connected, so you can go to your neighbor's house at any time. The bath and toilet are large openings, which are slightly inconvenient. The staff's service attitude is very good, they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The standard of the restaurant is average. The western restaurant checked in by the apartment is not recommended. It is expensive and of high quality. We stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. I went from Nha Trang by Vietage train, and the resort was quiet and clean because it was a beach away from the city center. I ate almost exclusively at the restaurant in the resort, but all the food was delicious, and all the staff from the lobby to the restaurant and spa were friendly. The room was a private villa, so it was private, and the pool was right there when you opened the door, so it was convenient to use it anytime from morning to night, and the pool was clean because the water kept flowing. I had bad experience in this hotel.
1. Booked a room, good on the photo. Actually I was given a room on the first floor next to the reception and right next to the elevator. This is a joke, not a room, this room should not even be used as a room for guests in the hotel. If you open the curtains, you can see the garbage tank and the passers-by on the street. I first got this number in my life, although I travel frequently. Change this number turned out only with a surcharge. The number that with a surcharge is satisfactory, can stay.
2) We arrived at the hotel after a long road tired. As I always do in all hotels, showed the passport photo. The hotel staffer couldn't take a passport photo from the phone, asked to send to Zalo, 10 minutes I tried to send him a photo, sent him in the end. Once he got a photo of the passport he asked me to show my visa.... If you need to look at the visa, why not immediately tell about it, and it is necessary to wait while I was tired 10 minutes trying to send a photo? The passport was on the bottom of the bag, had to get. But it was possible to say at once that you want to see the passport, why 10 minutes to watch as I try to send a photo....
3) Set my motorcycle to a parking lot at the hotel, parking on the street. In the morning my motorcycle was all in bird pockets. Thanks to girls at the reception, though they gave a napkin to wipe the motorcycle.
