For the money this was a great stay. The Front Desk Service was awesome, the room was clean. The pool was great and not busy at all. The maintenance guy was always working to keep everything nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Have recommended to others. A HUGE little improvement would be to get some command strip hangers for towels, or just install hooks. We also did wonder why the shuttle guys would not pick up right at the resort, that is not the hotels fault, but we did get pretty wet in the rain waiting on the corner.

The room is still good overall, Owl 🦉 hotel theme, clean, the front desk staff is warm and patient, breakfast is special, tastes good. The hotel also provides shuttle van, within five kilometers of the surrounding area to set a time in advance. The grandfather who drove, very gentle. The only downside of the hotel is the air conditioner. The air conditioner of Sarasota Hotel belongs to the ground machine. The wind blows up. Maybe the equipment is old. Every time the work is refrigerated, it seems that the construction site suddenly opened the machine. The noise is a bit loud. The first day starts several times and wakes up several times. I don't know if I am not tired the next day, but I heard it once in one night. I hope to update the air conditioning equipment, it will be better.

I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.

The stay in Capri was good. The room was very clean and ordened. Service did not actually exist because you received all information in advance, such as door code, driving service etc. via QR codes or email. Therefore here only 3 points of 5. There were beach chairs, screens, toys on the basis of “First come”. The plant appeared a little unmanaged. There would just have to pass through someone and remove the old palm leaves. The private beach was beautiful. Otherwise you can well stand there.

Great hotel, brand new, very clean. Lovely helpful staff and good amenities. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Free upgrade was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location, quiet despite being opposite the Sarasota Airport, and room itself was very comfortable. Definitely enjoyed staying here! Only thing is the gym did not have towels and equipment wipes despite having the shelves and a wipe dispenser, and despite having notified the front desk twice these issues were not dealt with during my 7 day stay. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is good. Room service is poor. Don’t clean your room every day. We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels. They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago. So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable. The jacuzzi water it’s just warm. Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

The hotel is right next to the airport, so you can often hear planes flying over. At nine o'clock there will be a knock on the door asking for cleaning. This is an interesting hotel. Before entering the room, there are interesting conversations on the corridor walls along the road. The soap shell on the sink is also an interesting conversation as soon as you enter. The design of the bathing space is a bit bold. The toilet and shower room are separated by a wall. , there is no place to put a change of clothes and a towel to wipe the body. There is something like boogers stuck to the wall at the head of the bed. It is very disgusting. There is no coffee machine in the room and no coffee capsules are prepared. If you want to drink, you have to go downstairs to buy it. But the price is not expensive. There is only a small refrigerator in the room. The overall design style of the room is very innovative. When you enter the door, you will receive three Hersheys chocolates. If you need to clean the room, you need to pay an additional $9, parking is free, and breakfast has to be paid separately. There is a nice swimming pool, sauna and yoga studio, but I didn't use them.

The front desk was nice and helpful. I got a room on a higher floor (thanks Trip.com). The location is very good. City Center in walking area, safe neighborhood. But: the hotel is encircled by building and street construction sites. It is very loud. Not what you expect if you have holidays and want to relax. And USD 32.- (incl tax) per night for the self-parking, is too much.

Other than that it’s a typical suites hotel with basic breakfast, fitness room and laundry. Did not use the pool. Perfectly located in walking distance to the UTC mall.

Everything about this place is top notch 5 star quality except the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast does not match the quality of the hotel and staff. Once you check out at 10am you get an extended day pass that gives you the same full access to the resort just minus the room and that alone is well worth every penny spent. This is absolutely the best way to go especially if your splitting amongst 4 people.

The worst breakfast of all my trips to America. No omlet or waffle. There were cold eggs cooked, yoghurt, chips and bubbles. Kashu can be made, but 2 days were only tasteless. The last day, the cache was served with different tastes, though they could be eaten. The first day, the basket was lying rotten apples. They were taken away and replaced on complaint. Coffee of terrible quality, but available all day, like a fountain with water. The room was clean, but did not clean at all, although we said we were coming out in 5 minutes, the room with cleaning did not return. I asked to give a quiet room, and eventually gave the one whose windows go to the intersection. Very much the machine is heard, that is, it is impossible to sleep normally. The rooms with windows from the track should be better. Hotel I don't recommend. For such money the quality is bad.
