The lobby design is warm and beautiful 👍🏻 The front desk staff are warm and always smiling 🩶 The soundproofing is excellent, and the location is superb, with a convenience store and Olive Young nearby 😆😆 The front desk provides a complimentary toiletries package 🩶🩶 The room facilities are very complete: ✅ Bathrobe ✅ Sterilizing wardrobe ✅ Water ✅ The toiletries smell great and are very good ✅ There are Lightning, USB, and MagSafe charging outlets! Excellent! ✅ The TV is large! It has Netflix and YouTube 🩶 ✅ The bed is very comfortable! ✅ Excellent soundproofing ✅ The room is warm, even when it's -12 degrees Celsius outside 🩶🩶 A very satisfying stay 🩶🩶

## Facilities: The hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are new, which I'm extremely satisfied with. The smart toilet is also very convenient and comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom works really well. ## Cleanliness: Being a new hotel, there weren't any really dirty spots overall. Everything felt new, and the cleaning was quite thorough – I really liked it. ## Ambiance: The room was genuinely small, but I quite liked the layout! There's a large window by the bed, and a table and TV at the foot of the bed, making it very comfortable to watch TV while lying down. Going to the bathroom was also convenient. Even though it's small, I really liked the overall room design. If you only turn on the warm lights in the room (the desk lamp and bedside lamp), it feels incredibly cozy – everyone should try it! There's a Christmas tree on the first floor of the hotel, it's so beautiful and adds to the cozy vibe! ## Service: The service was truly excellent. They greet you when you enter, and if I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, staff would come directly to the room to help – their attitude was exceptionally good. If you put out the 'do not disturb' sign, no one knocks, which is great. You can store your luggage, and the front desk patiently answered my questions about getting to the airport – super! ## Transportation: To the hotel: It's written in the hotel info – take the designated airport bus, get off at G3, walk straight, then turn right, and the hotel is right there. It's very close. To the airport: If you're taking the subway to Gimpo Airport or Incheon Airport, just walk to Myeongdong Subway Station, take Line 4, and transfer to the Airport Railroad. It's the same line for both airports, just a matter of getting off at different stops. If you're taking the bus to Incheon Airport, it's the same as before – go back to G3 and take the bus back to the airport. For Gimpo Airport, it seemed more convenient to take a taxi or the subway, as it's not far within the city. ## Other: If you walk out and turn right, cross the road, and walk a short distance, there's a subway station that goes directly to Myeongdong, which is very convenient. There's a convenience store to the left and right of the hotel entrance, making it easy to buy food. I might want to stay here again next time I visit Seoul!

The stay was amazing! Everything was almost perfect expect for some minor things like the carpet in the hotel did not feel that clean. I woke up with some allergies i think due to the carpet not being clean properly. And the daily cleaning still needs more work as for most of the 4 star hotels in seoul. But other than that the hotel was more than enough!!! Highly recommend!!

Hotel location is excellent with Insadong Cultural street just behind the hotel. Lots of eateries, tea houses, cafes and quaint little shops selling everything from pottery, tea sets, fragrances, unique crafts, amd many more. There are also art galleries to step into and refresh your mind. Easily can spend half a day there. For the location, I'd recommend this hotel. The rooms however are on the smaller side.

Counter staff speaks good english and very helpful for direction and call taxi. Luggage storage is self service (with password) and free, walking distance to airport bus and train station. Free shared washing machine and water dispenser. Currency atm at lobby, overall good experience

This hotel is excellent! It's conveniently located close to everything, yet the surroundings are quiet. The front desk service was great, the hygiene was impeccable, and all the facilities felt brand new. The whole hotel gave off a very comfortable vibe. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs, which I absolutely loved! 💕

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Shilla Stay Mapo Seoul. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were professional and warm, always responding promptly to requests. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, providing ample energy for the day's activities. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was elegant and quiet. It offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

Just couldn't ask for more with this price, this location, these amenities, breakfast, and their services! Can see their mindfulness everywhere, from the water machine in the lift lobby, to the washing machine with detergent nearby. Of course you cannot expect that with a hotel but you can see the genuine hospitality in this hostel. Also, people demanding extreme cleanliness are not recommended.

It was pretty good, super close to Unseo Station. Just cross the road, walk straight, turn left when you see BR, and you're there. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unseo is really perfect for concert-goers – there are convenience stores, restaurants, Olive Young, everything. I recommend bringing your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and a travel adapter.

Service: The front desk staff were great, accommodating all reasonable requests, and the housekeeping team was also very friendly. Environment: The area is safe and transportation is convenient. After getting off the 6007 airport bus, it's just a two-minute walk to the hotel lobby. Yeongdeungpo Station (Line 1) is a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Facilities: The equipment is well-maintained and looks new, with no damage, and is easy to use. Especially the power outlets, which directly fit Chinese appliance plugs.
