Located in the center of Skiàthos a few steps from all the comforts, and night life, the real comfort of the structure!
The rooms could be improved in some aspects, such as putting a curtain on the shower, and not wetting the whole bathroom. Even the bed was uncomfortable for me to sleep on, but you adapt to it.
Overall me and my friends enjoyed the stay here.

This hotel is about 15 mins walk from main tourist zone in Skiathos Town, including the port. However, an excellent and very large supermarket is a 2 min walk from the hotel. I arrived about 1pm, and was able to access my room, but it was not exactly what I paid for. I ordered a courtyard view, but was given mountain views instead. Unfortunately the mountain view side has a construction site nearby (about 50 ms away). However, during my visit the island was suffering from major fooding, so not much construction was happening. There was mini kitchen with good size fridge. (see photo) Only problem was a lack of lighting in the room, but this is not issue for me - I bring my own portable lamp! - Many hotels lack lighting for computer work or reading. Overall, this hotel represents good value for money, compared to the other options in Skiathos Town.
A taxi from the hotel to airport is $15 Euro. (fixed fare) And it takes about 10 mins. You could walk to the hotel, (2 kms from the Airport) but many roads were flooded during this visit, so a taxi was desirable. On return a taxi to airport will cost $10 Euro. По однопутной траншее, которую еле-еле нашли, свернув с трассы, доехали до отеля, никак не отмеченном в пространстве (только маленькая табличка, указывающая наличие отеля где-то рядом).
В наличии: ванна для омовения лежащих вокруг постояльцев (бассейнчик). Бар.
Внутри: ресепшен, совмещенный с рестораном.
Комнаты имеют обычный замок (не электронный и не английский- закрывается только ключом).
Туалет не имеет защелки (комната на двоих с большой кроватью).
Душ - почти руины. Освещение зеркала очень странное- как настольная лампа. Подсветка прикованных столиков - максимально дешевая открытая лампа.
Напротив выхода наружу из комнаты - холм с растениями. Сам выход- ну из 80-х годов. 19-го века.
Небольшая парковка с земляным покрытием.
Цена.. не для таких минусов.
Плюсы: наматрасник на кровати 180 см, отчего кровать комфортна. Очень вежливые сотрудники ресепшена. Хороший завтрак.SOLD OUT

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the airport, not in the central area but only 10 minutes in car or motorbike. The staff is very friendly and very friendly, clean rooms (the only sin in the bathroom is not bidet as unfortunately in most facilities).

Beautiful boutique hotel built into a rock on the water of the old port of Skiathos. You can ask the manager anything, and he will answer very quickly. My trip was just before the season so the cocktail bar and restaurant next door were closed. From the balcony you have a view of Bourtzi, definitely recommended to visit or have a drink. Housekeeping every day, coffee on the ground floor and free toiletries such as a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and more. Highly recommended! When you close the windows and doors you really notice how soundproof the room is!

The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.
