Five-star recommendation, super location, invincible sea view, breakfast included, mainly the scenery is very good, just next to the train station, there is a small road into the restaurant, the bar and the bar are sea views, there is a large terrace outside, sitting can drink Afternoon tea, sit at the bar and drink at night, watching the seascape outside. The room I booked was small, but it was not bad. It also provided slippers and bathrobes, bath towels, etc. It was very convenient to go down to the beach for a few minutes. Hotel appears to have had its day, needs a lot of love attention.

Didn’t eat there but there are facilities to eat if you need to
I used the bar but the wine was served an hot glass that appeared just to have come out of the dishwasher but was somehow still dirty and smeared.
Bed was comfortable and shower was hot, room could do with new carpets and a repaint.

The house is in the heart of St Ives with parking for 4/5 cars directly above the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor with fantastic sea views.. The old town and the harbour are just a short and fairly level walk away. The house has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard and given a contemporary beach house theme. The property sleeps 12 people with a bathroom, 4 en-suite shower rooms and central heating throughout.All the main reception rooms and the master bedroom have amazing sea views of Porthmeor Beach taking in the Island and the headland called "The Clodgy". Four of the other bedrooms have some views of the sea and four of the bedrooms have access to a balcony or decked area.The ground floor contains: A contemporary kitchen/diner with a large bay window and panoramic sea views, TV with DVD player, CD/ radio, and seating for 10/12. A fully fitted kitchen with 2 pyrolytic ovens, hob, 2 dishwashers, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Two twin bedrooms with nautical decoration , one of which has an en-suite shower room, the other is next to a cloakroom with a basin and wc.The first floor contains: A large lounge overlooking the sea with 3 sofas, 2 rattan chairs, TV and murals of St Ives. Advertised partner amenities (Spa), aren’t in keeping with the main facilities, ‘Una Spa’ isn’t up to standard of the rest of the facilities and is 10 minutes drive away, very. Crowded and a little tired.
The onsite hot tub was not available due to storm damage, although advertised as being available to book.
On site team very helpful.

We had 2 nights here, 11-13 July. We arrived late, between 10-11pm, and the counter staff was very friendly n helpful.
We did not manage to get dinner due to train delays but the front staff was kind to inform us that we could purchase some cold sandwiches and he would make sandwiches for us. 😊
The room price includes breakfast for which we were glad. We enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly.
