Reception agreed to set up a taxi for me @ 11:15. I checked out and asked about the taxi. Charged me 300, then informed me it was the hotel shuttle, not a taxi l, and I had to wait on other guest. I had two places to stop, I needed a taxi. Told them no that’s not what I requested (and they agreed to). Then they started talking to each other in their language and laughing. The area is nice because it is accessible to everything. The room is not new but even so I slept comfortably and I was able to sleep well. The place is not noisy so it is nice. The hotel is generally fine. We enjoyed spending the night for sleeping. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The rates are also low.
However, improvements on the food service is needed as the time coverage is limited. No breakfast offered earlier thank 10 AM. The TV has no cable nor accounts for streaming. The guest has to have its own account/code to access it. WIFI is also good but passwords are valid only 24 hours. Can be connected again for another password - a minor inconvenience.FromHK$169

I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

There is a kitchenette but no cutlery no cups… also in the morning they only opened the pool after 9am which is very disappointing as we wanted to have an early swim.
Nice water amenities with good slides but I can’t recommend the exec suite for the money and value provided. Also no breakfast included.

Top notch! Rooms were comfy and bed is comparable to high end hotels.. Breakfast was delicious! The spa has very reasonable prices and excellent service.. I wil surely book in this hotel again when I got back to TaclobanFromHK$358
