Very good location, clean facility, they have a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave, you just have to bring or ask for the utensils and pans. It is located near a large shopping center, around the hotel there are several restaurants, from seafood, meats, broths and good quality. Exceeded my expectations for the price

The reception service is good, but the facilities are old you walk into the lobby so to speak and it smells musty and dirty, the room is not as good as you imagine for the price the moldy shower keys, the walls a bit dirty scratched and apart I wanted to put hot air and it did not go out call the reception and they told me that it was not active also that the parking is not always the security ones and one has to get off to remove the cone or the chain is applied either to enter or come out the truth I do not recommend that you stay there I will not step on that hotel unless it is already remodeled the city express is much better

The hotel is fully furnished and the environment is good. It turned out that they didn't book their home, but there was no other airport pickup. We arrived in the early morning. I asked the hotel to pick it up in the middle of the night, and immediately rebooked. The result was not disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location and well insulated. Furthermore, everything is very new and the staff is extremely friendly. The only negative point: the breakfast. There was only oat and bean gruel with tacos, extremely runny scrambled eggs, toast, papaya and cornflakes. That's how I imagine breakfast in prison.

Right in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a very safe and upscale part of Tijuana. You are a five minute walk to shopping at Plaza Rio, and a 10 minute walk to the Tijuana cultural center. Revolution street is about a 15 minute walk. Uber is now in Tijuana so transportation is easy and safe too.

My son and I had a quick stopover on our way from Tijuana airport to San Diego airport, and this was just right. We checked in late, after 11pm, and the front desk was open and able to help us. A light breakfast of fruit, toast with butter and jam and coffee and juice were included, and my son got eggs with chorizo for a few dollars more. Our room was spacious and stylish with a smallish TV with some TV in English. The room did not have drinking water, so I went to Oxxo for a large bottle of water and some snacks, and did not have any trouble on the short walk. There was a ten dollar deposit that I got back when we checked out. The hotel had a van and driver available to go to the airport for $5. We were non the second floor and used the elevator, and there were some steps to our room and inside the room. The shower was nice and clean, as was the room. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were kind and courteous. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from Tijuana airport.

The standard of domestic express hotels is even lower, and the toilet and shower room are the level of domestic hotels. There are two security guards on duty at the gate, which can be seen that the surrounding night security is generally. From time to time, local residents walk out of their rooms and call at the end of the corridor, giving people a feeling of insecurity. Most of the local residents encountered in the elevator gave people a bad impression. The front desk staff was very friendly and gentle and helpful, and the two security guards at the gate were also very polite and asked questions and liked it.

It is about the same level as domestic express hotels such as Home Inn and Hanting. The room is about 20 square meters, quite clean, without slippers. It is 5 kilometers away from the airport, not 1.7 kilometers. It takes less than 10 minutes during non-peak hours, and it may take more than 30 minutes if there is a traffic jam during peak hours. The front desk service is not bad. Breakfast is mainly sandwiches, accompanied by milk, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. It is not rich, but you can eat well. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport is fixed at 6, 8, and 10 o'clock. You need to take a taxi to go there at other times. Uber is 100 pesos during off-peak hours and about 150 pesos during peak hours. The hotel next to it is about 50 yuan cheaper, in the same group, but the air conditioning is not as good as this one.

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service attitude is very good. Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful. GOOD: hotel is secluded and secure due to its gated parking lot distancing the hotel from public access way. It has onsite restaurant with outstanding Rib Eye steak for $20. Most staff speaks some level of English and they allow guest(s). Its located close enough to walk to night spots but far enough to get good night rest. BAD: bed is not the greatest and linens dont cover the entire mattress. Shower has warm water, room is basic with limited channels on tv. UGLY: gym is unsat. Everything is broken. Canvas roof is in poor state as it appears to soon collapse from rain water collection. Floors epseems always be dirty and walls between rooms are thin. I booked a 75-square-meter deluxe room, but the front desk gave me a 30-square-meter standard room. After communication, I changed it. When I got to the room, it was clearly not cleaned. I was immediately changed to a different room, but perhaps the cleaning staff and the front desk did not work well together. I understand that there are times when the hotel is quiet, but the front desk staff and parking attendants were sitting on the sofas in the lobby, busy playing with their smartphones and chatting. I felt relieved that the rooms were card-keyed instead of cylinder-keyed, but I was a little worried that the rooms were structured so that the floors were accessed by stairs. The front desk staff did not seem to be keeping an eye on people entering and leaving in particular. This was my first visit to Mexico, and I have never stayed in other hotels, so I cannot say for sure, but for some reason there was a window facing the hallway. Of course, there were blackout curtains, so the inside of the room could not be seen from the hallway, but it was a little bothersome. Maybe it was so that in the event of an emergency inside the room, the window could be broken to enter? The room was clean and spacious for the price. Another plus point was that there were two bottles of water. The bed was quite soft, so some people may hurt their backs. The floors are all smooth stone, so it feels clean. However, be sure to wipe the soles of your feet after a shower. I almost slipped and fell (lol). Maybe the room I was given was the wrong one, but it was a room facing the inside of the building, so there was no view from the window. The location is very convenient, about one and a half blocks into a side street from Revolución Avenue. At night, all the side streets are darker and there are fewer people than Revolución Avenue, but I think the street lights in front of this hotel are brighter than other side streets. There is a 24-hour drugstore at the intersection one block from Revolución Avenue, and there were no homeless people sleeping on the street, so as long as you pay attention to other people's movements, you should have no problems in terms of security. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but it felt loose in places, or the low quality was noticeable, so if they could improve that, I would feel comfortable staying here.

After an extensive, comprehensive evaluation of the hotel, here is my all-embracing review. Nestling off the bustling main artery, the hotel presents an intriguing blend of tranquility and proximity - a feasible oasis in the city that never sleeps. Whisked away from the vying sounds and frenzied pace of the city, I was quite stirred by the subtle charm the location exuded. However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms. The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent. A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious. Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining. Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse. Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable city vistas.

KKurzaAs December 2025, place was having some construction work. Because of this, I couldn’t use the gym (see pictures). However, the place made good impression. Nice and clean rooms. Nothing fancy, very simple inside, but large space. Only problem was that one night I heard people from upstairs, it woke me up actually. Not the best soundproofing. Location is good. Generally, I have positive experience

The room is spacious and clean. When I came here, the smell was too strong and I didn't like it. After turning on the air conditioner, the smell was not so strong. The attitude of the security guard downstairs was a bit unfriendly. When I took a cup of hot water, I saw his disgusted expression! The hotel can prepare a hot and cold water dispenser in the public area for guests to take by themselves! No need to bother other waiters,
