Everything is very convenient and cool, subway station in 4-5 mins walking, Tokyo station in 15-20 mins walking. A lot of cafes and 24/7 around. Nice pack of amenities. Bathtub and not a little room. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is elevator, 12 floors and 2 elevators, you should check-out a bit in advance due heavy traffic during check-out time.

A very clean hotel with a great location — Lawson, Family Mart, 7/11, and plenty of cafés are nearby, plus the metro is within walking distance. The staff was very kind; thank you for helping me send my suitcase to Osaka. The room was nice, the bathroom was clean, and in the lobby there’s complimentary coffee, lemon water, and a few other drinks (I don’t quite remember 🫣). The only downside was the window facing a wall 🥲. I didn’t complain, but it did leave a bit of an unpleasant impression. Overall though, it’s a good hotel.

Excellent location, room size is standard for Tokyo, great amenities - in the room and at the lobby. Everything you needed was provided. Toothbrushes, water, slippers and even a skin care set, all in premium packaging and quality. In the lobby, a whole area is set up with complimentary drinks (coffee/tea/water) and for you to rest/work before you leave. Also, late check-out is available but at 2000 Yen per hour.

Haneda Airport/Kamata Tokyo|13.45km from city center
It was a good choice to stay if you need to be close to the Haneda airport. The best thing they have free shuttle to the airport (as early as 4am), so that's a great bonus (first come first served), the shuttle seats around 10ppl. 2 station from the airport line. The room was actually a nice decent size for a hotel, a seperate eating ,table area with kitchenette . No noise from the planes at all. It was just an overnight stay , so no complains , good choice for the price.

Ueno/Asakusa Tokyo|5.55km from city center
Onyado Nono's quality is consistently reliable across all its branches. This particular one, located in bustling Asakusa, is incredibly convenient for travelers. The hotel is just a short walk behind the temple, with numerous food stalls and supermarkets nearby. One of the supermarkets even has a 24-hour basement food section, which is incredibly convenient! The only minor drawback is that, being in a popular tourist area, the streets can get a bit noisy at night.

Tokyo|5.86km from city center
This was my second time staying here, primarily because of the beautiful courtyard and gardens, which I absolutely adore. Overall, the experience was decent but unremarkable. The facilities are certainly showing their age; for instance, the water pressure from the shower head was quite low, and the fabric on the chairs was visibly worn. Some service details, however, were rather disappointing. When I inquired at the front desk about purchasing a bus ticket to Narita Airport, the staff member quite seriously (but dismissively) told me that it might not be possible to buy one due to lack of availability. Yet, the very next day, it was just myself and one other Chinese gentleman on the bus, and he had apparently secured his ticket in less than two minutes. I found this incredibly frustrating! Given that Chinzanso itself has a dedicated airport bus stop, guests are naturally going to have questions requiring proper assistance, making the front desk's unhelpfulness quite unprofessional. That said, the overall service level is generally still above average.

Dormy Inn chain hotels indeed offer guests a high-quality accommodation experience. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the public areas are modern and practical in design. The breakfast service is particularly noteworthy, with a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties and classic international options. The ingredients are fresh, and the cooking is professionally done, providing guests with ample energy to start a great day. Overall, Dormy Inn consistently demonstrates the high standards expected of a chain brand in both its hardware facilities and service details.

While the room is not big, and the air condition coupd take some times to start getting cool, the hotel is nice. The breakfast is a normal japanese breakfast, so it would be a big plus for anyone who love those kind of meals The location is really convenience. Just 10 minutes pf less walking from useno and okachimachi stagion, surrounded by all the foods, shoppings, and night life. (And it was very quiet and serene in the morning. ) The onsen/public bath is good. If you are early or time it a bit, it would be almost no one there. A plus for those who might be intimidated by the culture. Also, maybe most of the customers are foreigner, the percentage of public bath enjoyer looks pretty small.

The toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi Tokyo|2.95km from city center
My strongest impression was how small the room was. The moment I walked in, I even considered canceling, but my reservation was for 6 consecutive nights and couldn't be changed. I gradually got used to it over the next few days. The service was completely smooth thanks to the Chinese-speaking staff. I mainly chose this hotel for its hot spring (the most famous chain was fully booked). The hot spring is just 'there,' nothing particularly outstanding. Breakfast is a buffet for 1300 JPY, and you need to reserve it. It's quite simple and light, which suited me. The location is less than 100 meters from Akihabara Station, on a quiet riverside alley. Taking a taxi from Haneda to the hotel around 9 PM cost over 9,000 JPY (I just gave 10,000 JPY). Checking out was problem-free as I'd pre-booked online. All things considered, for 6 nights at 6500 RMB, I'd recommend staying here.

Bath room and Onsen was clean and in good order. Mold was found at the curtais on the room though. Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.66km from city center
This was my second stay at the Imperial Hotel. At its current price point, it offers decent value for money in Tokyo, especially considering that even budget hotels in Ueno can go for over 1,000 JPY. However, to be honest, the hotel's location isn't the most convenient. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, and the elevator is even further away, which can be a hassle if you have luggage. That said, the hotel's service is absolutely top-notch. The doorman literally ran out to greet us and helped with our luggage, escorting it all the way to our room. Cleanliness is also completely trustworthy; the bedding and towels were entirely odorless. Conferences are frequently held here, with many Japanese businessmen in black suits hurrying about, creating a very solemn and dignified atmosphere.

If you're attending a concert, this is definitely the place to stay. It's incredibly convenient. The subway station is just a couple of steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, Starbucks, and other amenities downstairs. If you don't mind a short walk, there are even more subway lines available within about 10 minutes, making it a quick 20+ minute ride to Ginza, Shinjuku, and Omotesando. While the room's fixtures and fittings are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. For Tokyo, this room is quite spacious, and the hotel staff are very friendly.

I was a bit worried about the environment after reading some reviews before my trip, but my actual experience was really great! The room wasn't particularly old, and with the tower view, it felt quite stylish. The service was also good, and I especially want to thank the front desk for arranging such a wonderful room for me. Shinagawa Tokyo|5.46km from city center
Here as a business traveller. The room design is dated but clean. Breakfast is amazing here. This is a convenient place to stay because shinagawa prince hotel has multiple towers connecting to one and another. Each tower has different shop ie golf simulator, massage, bowling alley etc. 7-11 is right downstairs at annexe tower. This hotel is just a short walk across Shinagawa train station, making this hotel a highly convenient place to access office. Downside is there is no convenient hotel bus pickup from/to Haneda airport. Would be even better if hotel offers this service. Room also has no USB plug since it’s dated design. It’s abit tricky if you plugin UK adapter since the weight would press down and charging process will get interrupted. I had to prop up the weight with something to charge my phone but there is constant sound coming from the plug. There’s not much to tour around in shinagawa area if you are here for leisure. Better to take JR line to Ginza as tourist. Would consider staying at different tower if I need to be back here again.

Location: Exiting Shibuya station, there's ongoing construction, so you might need a moment to find your bearings, but it's not difficult to locate, situated directly opposite Tokyo Plaza. Facilities: The hotel is very modern, featuring a spacious lobby and relatively new room amenities. It comes equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and as a delightful surprise, we also received an SK-II morning and evening skincare sample set upon check-in. Environment: The view from the window is absolutely stunning, both by day and night. I snapped a quick photo, and it honestly looks like a perfect backdrop for a blogger's video – haha! Service: The front desk check-in service was excellent. However, for a hotel of this standard, the breakfast quality felt a bit basic, with limited options. Coffee and tea had to be brought by staff – I'm not sure if that was meant to make guests feel more pampered or exclusive. Overall, the breakfast was just average, but everything else was great.

I rarely give all five stars but Aman Tokyo definitely deserves it, I told携程 it was my girlfriends birthday and they prepared a cake and wrote a note for us, it was amazing service all around, I was kinda expecting a normal view and a regular five star hotel room for a way more expansive price, but Aman Tokyo definitely went way above my expectations, the view is simply ten times better than it is online, it was a bit hard to find the entry if you walk but over fantastic experience, however the breakfast I recommend Japanese style over America style, America style is not as good.

This time, I stayed at The Peninsula Tokyo with my daughter for a vacation and felt happy and satisfied, especially with the attentive facilities and staff. Coincidentally, since our departure date fell on a weekend, the hotel specially opened the 24th-floor Peter for guests to have breakfast, allowing us to enjoy a panoramic view of the Palace in the morning. Rooms are big for Tokyo, perfect for families. Has a family mart connected to the hotel and was really convenient for quick snacks. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Shiomi station. However, take note if you are transferring trains from Tokyo Station, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to change to the correct line to get to Shiomi station. You’ll get used to the walk eventually though. We had a total of 3 pax, and did not want a sofa bed, we found that the additional bed was reasonably good! There is also a supermarket nearby Shiomi station, really good for buying souvenirs back home.

The hotel's location is excellent. You can sit in the lobby and enjoy the night view of Tokyo Tower, and it's within walking distance of Ginza for shopping. Plus, there are two FamilyMarts and one 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient. However, the room was incredibly small. After putting down two suitcases (one large, one small), I couldn't even open the fridge door, and there was hardly any space to move around. The service was subpar. The charging socket by the bed broke at night and couldn't be fixed. They suggested we move to another room of the same type, but it felt like too much hassle, so we didn't. We didn't book a room with breakfast, but we walked in and ate. Later that night, we found a collection letter from the hotel at our door, as if we were going to skip out on the bill? Don't guests usually pay upon check-out? It's not like we didn't pay a deposit. How desperate for money do you have to be to send a collection letter? It was a terrible experience! On the other hand, there wasn't even an apology for the broken charging socket that couldn't be fixed promptly. The service was really bad!

The service was great; they proactively delivered our luggage to the hotel. The hotel's breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at a five-star hotel, with several types of fish, plenty of fruits, and a wide variety of drinks. It was even more extensive than the Banyan Tree I recently stayed at in China. The hotel garden is beautiful; I managed to photograph ginkgo and red leaves. I booked a 3-night stay, and the hotel was conveniently located with good public areas. However, on the second day, we found a used sock under the chair in my parents' room... Perhaps it was overlooked during cleaning. After speaking with the hotel, they moved us to an equivalent room and offered complimentary breakfast. We decided not to make a big deal out of it, but... on the day of check-out, while packing and opening the curtains, we found an empty, used mineral water bottle by the window... These two incidents really soured my experience. In contrast, the budget hotel we stayed at later in Osaka was excellent in every aspect, far exceeding our expectations. I'm writing this review for everyone's reference.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. We had a large room, but we definitely paid the price for it. The hotel is nowhere near a real 5-star standard — it’s old and tired, and everything feels outdated. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and it’s hard to sleep because of the train noise. The bed was supposed to be a queen size, but it was actually two separate mattresses put together — very uncomfortable. We ordered breakfast in the room — the bread and pastries were far from fresh. There’s no coffee machine in the room, and you can only order plain black coffee. Very strange for a so-called 5-star hotel not to offer an espresso. The lobby looks more like a train station than a luxury hotel. The hotel also claims to have a swimming pool — but it doesn’t. Guests are sent to a fitness club across the street, where you actually have to pay extra to use the pool or gym. Nobody mentions this at the reception; you only find out once you get there. It’s also really inconvenient to cross the street for a very poor and outdated fitness center when you booked a hotel “with a pool.”

This is a small, boutique hotel located diagonally across from Suidobashi West Exit. I booked a room with two beds pushed together; each bed was about 120-130 cm wide, making a total of around 250 cm, which was really comfortable. There's no luggage rack, just a small stool, so I had to put my luggage on that. The room was very dark, so I slept soundly until morning. Breakfast is a set menu you choose from. Check-out is at 2 PM, and breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11:30 AM. There aren't many tables, but because of the long service time, people are spread out, so it never feels crowded. The taste is comparable to a brunch costing about 70 RMB in China, so it's pretty good. I stayed for one night, then in the morning, I went to Tokyo Dome and Koishikawa Korakuen Garden next to it. It's also not far from the Imperial Palace. Located at the border of Chiyoda and Bunkyo wards, it's in a pretty central area.

The location is incredibly convenient for transportation, right next to Sengakuji Station. The A4 exit is the closest, with the hotel just 50 meters away. (Do note that A4 doesn't have an elevator; for elevator access, use A2, which is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel). From Sengakuji Station, there's direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports, as well as Sensoji Temple. JR Takanawa Station is also only a 10-minute walk away. For added convenience, there's a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor of the hotel. The rooms are compact but perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at S-peria Inn Nihonbashi Hakozaki and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well-managed, exceptionally clean, and the staff are friendly and proficient in English. The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and having laundry facilities available on two floors was very convenient. The location is ideal with a subway station nearby and convenience stores just around the corner. I would definitely book this hotel again for future visits to Tokyo. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that's really delicious. For Odaiba, it's super convenient for accessing the three malls and various attractions.

The location is super convenient, whether you're traveling for business or with family. It's incredibly easy to get around and shop. You're right in the heart of Ginza's shopping district, making it an excellent choice for exploring and dining. On weekends, there's even a pedestrian street where you can join shopping groups from various countries and have a great time.

My staying there is so good.. I'm having a problem staying for 3nights will end and i need to extend for 1 more night because i'm going somewhere and still need a room to sleep but unfortunately my room is also booked the rule checkout is by 11am and check in is 3pm and the problem is i need go early in the morning but the staff help me and told me there's another room available but more expensive.. so i gave my luggage to the front desk for me not to be hussle with it and its safe and free of charge.. this is the photo its deluxe the only problem i've seen is the ceiling of toilet and bathroom. There's a mold. But all in all is nice to stay especially when u only need to sleep because your outside exploring some places.

Located in Shinjuku West, though it's quite a walk from the actual Shinjuku West Exit, it's much closer to the Tocho-mae Station on the Oedo Line. The self-service check-in/check-out was very convenient. Downstairs, there's a hotel food court and Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is right outside, offering free access to its observation decks, and rumor has it the civil servant cafeteria is also open to the public and quite affordable. The hotel breakfast is so hearty you usually don't need lunch. For shopping, Shinjuku East Exit offers more budget-friendly options. Overall, it's a good hotel.
