The room size was excellent- with a large bed, a seating area and comfy reading chair. It had an alcove closet with plenty of space.
The service was fabulous, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The room service food was delicious and arrived on time.
The only improvement I could suggest would be for better bathroom lighting in the shower area and perhaps a magnifying mirror for us senior clientele. 🙂

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.

As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful view of the bay outside the floor-to-ceiling window! The sea and the sky are one color, so beautiful that it is breathtaking!
180° unbeatable sea view room, when you open your eyes in the morning, you will see the cruise ship and the snow-capped mountains, and the city lights are on at night, and it is super cool to see the night view.
Fairmont is worthy of being the representative of Canada's top luxury hotels, the service is super considerate, just like returning home.
The room is low-key and luxurious European style, with complete facilities, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping in the clouds.
The hotel is located in Canada Square, with an excellent location. The cruise terminal is across the road, and the SkyTrain Binhai Station is a 3-minute walk away. It is super romantic to walk along the beach in the evening.FromSGD 310

Friends who choose this five-star hotel should lock your credit card for cardless transactions, otherwise the hotel will randomly deduct money from time to time. Haha, I paid a deposit of 300 when I checked in, and on the night of check-in, they deducted more than 480 Canadian dollars without informing the customer at 4 am. When I checked out, the hotel manager told me that there was no fee to pay on the bill. As a result, when I arrived at the airport and received the bank information, the hotel deducted 13 Canadian dollars without authorization. The hotel is very centrally located. Numerous shops from well-known luxury brands, as well as restaurants and a good shopping center, are in the immediate vicinity. We had a Fairmont Gold room with extra concierge service and access to the lounge. The staff was very friendly, wonderful, and the room was fine, albeit a bit worn and noisy from the street and hallway. The doors to the other rooms slam shut, meaning you're often rudely awakened at night and in the morning. The included food and drinks offered in the lounge were of high quality. However, 15 minutes before breakfast was due to end, they announced that the buffet was about to close, which I found very uncomfortable. Even though they made an overall effort to ensure our stay was pleasant, the price for the room seems a bit too high. The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated.
The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options.
The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there.
Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.FromSGD 332

Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy.
Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea.
The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further.
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. 1. Excellent location. Located on Granville Island, a famous leisure area in Vancouver, similar to 798, it is a transformation of an old industrial area. There are many restaurants and beverage shops, galleries and craft workshops. The most famous one is the public market, where agricultural products, food, and catering gather, and the crowds are surging. Living here is very convenient for strolling on the island. If you don't like the hustle and bustle, you can walk along the periphery of the island and enjoy the bay view.

Nice clean hotel in a lovely area of the city. Though, we booked a double room with a seaview, but upon arival at the hotel, they told us that only standard city view rooms were available. That was a bit disappointing. Also, cold insulation in the room wasn't good and heating system did not work properly. We asked the hotel staff if anything could be done, and they brought us a portable room heater, which saved the day.
We had breakfast at the bar on the first floor and it was truly fantastic.

The room is too small, and the tap water is too slow. Breakfast is delivered to the room after ordering. There are few varieties, and it is almost enough for two days. The hotel price is not cheap. It is very convenient to have a casino downstairs. There are also convenience stores and restaurants around. The service is pretty good. The hotel boasts an excellent location. We took public transport from the airport, and it was just a 6-minute walk from the stop to the hotel. Our room was spacious, offering a pleasant street view from the window. What really impressed us was that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. They were incredibly welcoming and provided detailed recommendations for sightseeing and essential tips for exploring Vancouver independently. Absolutely fantastic!FromSGD 208

The location is super convenient! You can walk to Stanley Park, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the famous Robson Street, where you'll find plenty of options for dining and shopping. There's even a free shuttle to Capilano Bridge Park right around the corner, in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel, which is incredibly handy.
There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, making this one of the best locations in downtown Vancouver. The service was also good, and the little handmade doll in the room was really cute – though it costs $40, which was a bit of a shame, haha.
Check-in and check-out were both quick. The only downside is that the price isn't cheap, and it can be a bit unaffordable during peak season. But having experienced it once, it was definitely worth it.FromSGD 167

The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and 2 bottles of water were replaced every day.

The location of the hotel is very core, next to the trump building. The hotel service is very good, with luggage, the front desk is very warm, and also introduced us to Vancouver's play places and food. After communicating with the front desk, I also changed the room with a bathtub. The overall evaluation was very good. The room was very clean. The location is right in the middle of downtown. I lived there for 10 days, and it was easy to get on the bus, train, and sea bus.
There were many places to eat nearby, so it was very convenient.
If I had to say one thing, on the day of check-in, I arrived too early on a JAL flight, so I begged to check in early, but they kept saying they would check it out with a smile, and in the end, I was filling out the paperwork at exactly 4 p.m., so I guess they just weren't motivated to begin with.
I should praise the housekeeping staff. I stayed on the 14th floor, and it seemed like each floor had a designated person in charge, and the person in charge on the 14th floor was very cute. Whatever I asked for, they did it right away.
The best breakfast recommendation might be the eggs Benedict. The dish from South Africa that I forgot the name of and the salmon bagel were both good, but I just had the eggs Benedict.
The fitness gym was a little small, and the machines were not well maintained, but it was open 24 hours a day.
The pool also had no strict rules, and I was able to use it until 11 p.m. There were towels by the pool, which was convenient.
I happened to get a good deal on a junior suite, so my 10-day trip went by in a flash.
Next time I go, I'd like to stay in North Vancouver.FromSGD 180
