The location is super convenient, highly recommended for those catching early flights. For my 9 AM international flight, leaving the hotel at 7:15 AM still felt very relaxed. Everyone was also very welcoming; they'd greet me and show me the way whenever they saw me. The only thing I hope they improve is the drainage in the bathroom. The water would already reach my ankles before I even finished washing my hair, and out of fear it would leak out, I had to cut my shower short.

This Atour Hotel Sky Garden is located in the bustling Jianghan Road area, right next to the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. You can step out and start exploring the pedestrian street immediately, and there are many branch snack streets nearby. You'll find yourself wandering and eating everywhere; there's so much food you'll run out of room before you run out of options! Soon after I booked the room, the hotel's front desk called to confirm and gave detailed instructions on how to drive and park, since the hotel is in such an incredibly busy area. I truly felt welcomed and at home! The hotel is located on the 50th floor and above, offering stunning views of the river, city skyline, and pedestrian street. The room service staff were warm, thoughtful, and meticulous! The hotel also offers free late-night snacks (porridge, noodles) from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch ❤️. If you're visiting Wuhan, you might be interested in staying here! It was a fantastic experience!

Excellent experience, truly great value for money. Since we traveled during the off-peak season, they upgraded our room type. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, it's still very good. Every time we encountered staff members or the front desk, whether we were coming or going, they would proactively greet us and tell us to let them know if we needed anything. The location is excellent, near the pedestrian street but just outside of it, so it's not noisy. Jianghan Road Night Market was the best night market I've visited in the past few days. For us, hotel cleanliness is paramount, and this hotel's overall hygiene felt very good. We'd definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. For my week-long trip to Wuhan, I stayed at the Starway Hotel for both my arrival and departure. It's truly the best choice when traveling with kids! You just exit T3, take an escalator, turn right, and the hotel is less than 100 meters away. The front desk even gave us a free breakfast for our child when they saw we had one. I have to say, their beef noodles for breakfast are absolutely delicious! Guys, you seriously HAVE to try their beef noodles! Even though the hotel is in Terminal 3, it's not noisy at all. On arrival in Wuhan, we stayed in a family room which was spacious with a large balcony. The twin room we had for our return trip was also great. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'll definitely stay here again. We had an 8 AM flight, and checking in at 7 AM still left us with plenty of time.

I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to praise their warmth and excellent service. It was truly great, so attentive! Before booking, I was worried the hotel might be too old, but once inside, their brand service was evident, and everything about the hotel was superb. The breakfast was plentiful and nowhere near as bad as some negative reviews claimed – though perhaps our standards are just lower. If I ever come back to Wuhan, I'd definitely book here again.

The hotel is located right the busiest night market . The room we booked were too small and the lady boss offer us to upgrade to the biggest room with little fees. The hotel is at 3rd floor no lift. There is a notice board with phone number to call the hotel with helper to carry your luggage so no worry about it. The lady boss is kind and friendly. Sending guidance on good food to eat nearby. We tried and all good. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Metro station also very near. Many famous must go streets just few stones away. Basically can just walk for the day no transport needed. Value for money.

Extended my stay for two more days. The hotel is adorned with many antique collectibles, giving it a unique character. The front desk bar and reception area are designed with excellent taste. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Wuhan! (Regretted not taking more photos, what a pity!)

Had a spontaneous idea to bring my child to the Hubei Provincial Museum, and this hotel's location was super convenient. Taxis were always quick to respond! There was a minor issue with the room, but the duty manager was incredibly patient and helped resolve it. Very satisfied! The concierge manager was also excellent. When we were leaving, he helped us wait for a taxi and loaded our luggage at the entrance. However, I was really unhappy with the female staff member wearing glasses at the wonton station during breakfast. My child excitedly said, 'Auntie, I want six wontons,' but she just had a straight face, didn't say anything, and then served a full bowl. My child was confused and told me she thought the lady heard her. I don't know what might have happened to that staff member, but it felt like she was taking her emotions out on customers.

I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍
