Zermatt Resorts

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for enjoying the quiet before the tourists arrive. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the white beer IPA is worth trying. The hotel has heating, which was very comfortable at night. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep.

the location was good. u can see matterhorn clearly but unfortunately there is a big construction crane block some view. On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel.

Hotel Butterfly is super awesome. Very close to the Zermatt and GGB train station, close to 6 mins walk. The hotel is clean, cozy and it provides tea break choice of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cakes. I just feel in love with the hotel and of course the Zermatt city (city without cars)

The room is small and cozy for two people but if there are three people then there is hardly any space to move around after unfolding the sofa bed. So, it’s okay if you plan to stay for 2 nights. It was interesting that they offered free beverage coupons if you don’t avail housekeeping services. The receptionist in the evening was very cheerful and jolly for a good conversation to hear about local news.

Location is slightly further from the train station, however you can hire a local EV taxi for est. CHF5/person from hotel to the train station (together with your luggages). Breakfast spread was decent and would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget to Zermatt. Down the road you’re able to see this Matterhorn view!

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

the location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

Four of us stayed for one night in two rooms at Alpenblick Superior during our trip to Switzerland. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was very clean and peaceful, as it's not located near the main street. Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Its a 10-min walk from the nearest train station. It has a beautiful view from the balcony where u can sit and have a coffee. Spacious room and had a bath tub so its a plus point. The room is clean. I love everything abt this place. Will definitely recommend this to our friends and families

The location was near to the bus station.Just take bus from Zermatt Bahnof,572 and go down at Lucre.And walk few minutes to the hostel on the left,This route no stairs :). No staff available if u go after 10am and check in time is 3pm.U can store the luggage in the luggage room and come back and check in.The staff at reception was like checking me into military hostel lol.Get ur pillowcase,bedsheet n blanket cover and make it ur own.No curtains in between and its just sleep like side by side.No lift so i left my luggage below and just go up to sleep.Breakfast served at 1st floor. The breakfast was good. The staff reception can at least smile when check in(especially the guy).This is a hostel i guest its a hospitality. The luggage room should have an instruction to pay the locker and its refunded once the key is returned. I paid to make my own bed and get treated like into military service lol. I bet in future there will be millennial opening new hostel and better service than this.Coz the money we pay is not cheap.
