Lovely grounds, nice leisure facilities Pleasant food, reasonably priced Great deals on offer from time to time so can be good value for money.

There was excess chlorine on the swimming pool that made us not able to swim

Fantastic hotel with amazing Staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet. We will definately be using this hotell again.

The Garden wing is uninspiring upon arrival but inside is first class for quality and cleanliness. Room and en suite nicely furnished and laid out. Not a big room so, with the extremely high temperatures during our stay, became very warm. No aircon but a fan was already in situ. The main building was lovely and cool with doors open for through draughts and aircon in the restaurant. The grounds were excellent for walking and the gardens have great potential. Good quality food. Service good throughout - especially considering a wedding celebration was being hosted. Disappointed that disabled bays were occupied by a works van and two cars - none of which were displaying blue badges. Shouldn't be difficult to monitor as car reg is input on arrival.

Very attentive and friendly staff all set in lovely grounds and main building. Food and drinks were excellent and were very reasonably priced.

Quiet rooms with lovely views, no noise from other rooms or in the corridor. Pool very clean, no cracked tiles etc. Fans in rooms. Very helpful staff.

The room was very outdated , broken window and blinds which didnt work. The room was extremely hot with only a fan to circulate the already very warm air. Athough the front desk staff were polite, they seemed to struggle with any more than one thing at a time! Although the surroundings were really nice, I dont think I will stay at this hotel again especially when the weather is 30 plus
