Very comfortable rooms and great service. I came to this hotel with Friends to visit the Taj Mahal and It was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Agra.

Eminities and staff behavior was good . MY Stay was good . Staff is very corporative. I would like to again stay here. All things are good.

Our night in the Royal Sarovar Hôtel was amazing, the quality of the staff specifically Praveen and his team, and Priya were so helpful and attentionate towards us. Priya gave us ***y tips and warned us about the scams possible for tourist around the Taj Mahal and Praveen made sure that our service in the restaurant was enjoyable, he even gave us a to go bag with sweets for our kid who wasn’t eating on the spot. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Agra, you will not regret it!

Our night in this hotel was excellent, the service and the staff Praveen and Priya was exceptional, very helpful! Priya gave us tips before going to visit the Taj Mahal near the hotel. Praveen was very serviable during our dinners and took the time to talk to us and help us with our youngest child. Our room was upgraded and the bed and pillows were immensely comfortable, I spend the best night here, I truly recommend this hotel principally because the staff is so no nice to us.

My baby and I stayed here. What made our stay incredible was the warmth and nature of all the staff there. A top nothing hotel with great facilities and staff that give it warmth. Special shout out to Priya, Pradeep and Karem in the restaurant for going the extra mile and the incredible guards out the front. So warm and welcoming.. Excellent service. It was appreciated x

I had a lovely short stay whilst travelling by myself through Agra. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home, especially Priya, Ankush, Pradeep, Karen and shubhm who made my stay wonderful. I would definitely come back to stay on another occasion.
