We arrived at midnight to a room that didnt not appear fully cleaned. The floor was completly dirty throughout and the bedding was very wrinkled. It was the worst feeling to arrive tired after a long flight and just wanting a clean and comfortable room to rest. When we asked for a new room they told us they were fully booked for the night, so we just tried to make the best of it and go to sleep.

Clean, new, nice staff.
Multiple issues adding up to not recommending this property.
Room service food quality and portions are abysmal. See photos.
Upon check in we asked about the shuttle service to the airport. We asked if we needed a reservation or to sign a list. We were told we did not. We arrived at the front 15 minutes before the shuttle was supposed to arrive. There was no queueing system. When the shuttle arrived a large group jumped ahead and completely filled the shuttle leaving our group of 4 without space. We are currently standing outside of the hotel waiting for the driver and - again - a large disorganized group is forming, waiting for the shuttle and still no organization.
We can not recommend this hotel.

We had a good one night stay here before flying home. The room is well designed with a comfortable bed and the staff we encountered were all friendly. The rooms are quite thin so we could hear our neighbour.
The hotel has a free shuttle every 30 minute's to the airport which was great. Its within walking distance of a large walmart and is attached to the city mall which has a large variety of modern shops and fast food option's.

The bathroom flooded the room, the tv was iptv with no signal, the lady of services told us in a bad manner that we weren’t able to eat, even when I payed for it, very thin blankets

The hotel is new, clean, and has nice features (pool, gym, roof top bar). The aesthetics are consistent with the brand. However, sound proofing between rooms and floors is terrible. Noisy neighbors above, below, or adjacent to a room will be heard. Front desk service was limited in the range of services provided, and, while not unfriendly, impersonal. Bar and restaurant service was much better. I will look for another hotel next time I need one near the SJO airport.

Beautiful modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. ******* had no record of my pre-paid reservation which made me very uncomfortable. I called Hilton and they assured me of my reservation.

Perfect if you are transporting the SJ Airport. Good shuttle service even for early flights. San Jose is 45 minutes away and the traffic and roads are horrible. Hotel is attached to a mega mall. Nothing else around there but airport is a 5 minute shuttle away. Big food court and three decent restaurants. Check out Italian wine bar.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the wifi issues and the TV. The TV is all app- based, so you need wifi for the tc, including the regular local channels. So if wifi was not available, the TV was also not available.
