We stayed here for 9 nights at the beginning of May. We found the hotel modern, spacious, and clean. The pool area was spacious with plenty of room between the sun beds. The pool wasn’t heated so it was very cold. When we arrived we were greeted by a rude receptionist who we felt didn’t want to be there, as she never asked us the basic questions, such as how was your travel, welcome to the hotel etc. When we checked out, we were also dealt with by the same receptionist, who again was quite rude, and offered no typical receptionist conversation. We had a late flight, and needed to put our suitcases somewhere safe for the day, so we asked the receptionist, who pointed to an open cupboard across the lobby in which we can use. We asked if this was safe, she replied saying that the door is open, and they can see the door. The rooms were clean and bright, although not a lot of storage, which was fine for 2 people so we found it sufficient, there is also a free safe to use in the room. We did find that the walls were not very sound proof, and could hear the next room opening and closing their curtains, and using the hairdryer. We stayed in a non-pool view room that faced the road, which was no problem, as the road was not busy and quiet. We found that, if we were in a pool view room, it would be quite noisy due to the entertainment just down below, and this was confirmed by other people we spoke to who had them. We also found that our air-conditioning was quite noisy, and rattled, but not sure if this was just ours that had the issue. The food in the restaurant was very repetitive, with most days having pasta, paella, and pork. We found that if you were vegetarian, or fussy with food, this would potentially cause an issue. Breakfasts were good, with fruit, meats, typical breakfast items and fresh omelettes and pancakes/waffles. There was not a lot of difference between lunch and dinner, with them offering very similar items. The desserts we found were inedible with a lot being watery, lacking in taste and look and tasted like defrosted shop bought. Bar snacks were nothing more than poor quality burgers and chips. They did have a small selection of ready made basic sandwiches, salad bowl and fruit also. If you are looking for Spanish cuisine, this hotel will not be for you. When staying 7+ days you get to eat at the A La Carte restaurant for one night for free (You can pay 20 euros if you are not eligible for this, and that’s not including drinks). This was nothing more than the main dinner restaurant food but just plated up for you. The A La Carte Restaurant was cold, lacking in a**osphere, and very awkward. The food served was missing sauces and other items that were on the menu, however, I couldn't ask the waiter regarding this as he was nowhere to be seen while we were eating. I would not bother eating in the A La Carte restaurant, and just stick to the main dinner restaurant. We felt that the A La Carte restaurant space would be better used for a
