環境：旁邊有條河，總體還可以
衞生：比較乾淨，但打掃太慢了。上午出門就掛了打掃的牌子，下午回來才在打掃
設施：wifi太差了，很多房間沒有wifi信號，換了好幾個房間，仍然衹有一格信號
服務：前台小哥始終掉着臉，不知道是給誰看。晚上才到酒店，想早點休息，結果沒有wifi。讓幫忙換房間，説等五分鐘，等了十幾分鍾都沒反應，逼得我當面生氣才給換，然後換了個仍然沒有信號的房間。第二天早上換了個友好一些的女服務生才幫忙換了信號好的房間

Positive - Spacious and clean room - Nice music during breakfast - Not bad wifi speed at 20 Mbps but in the evenings it’s not enough for work and calls Negative - Elevators make a terrible booming sounds that start at 5am and end at 11pm - It’s very slippery in a bathroom - They have a kettle but to use it you have to go to the bedside as sockets are only there - The average breakfast with a bad coffee - The view from the windows is terrible - Located in the poor neighbourhood

We had never travelled to Kazakhstan and had no idea of what to expect. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. The bedroom was a very nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also very good. Our overall experience was positive.
