Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. It was my husband’s birthday and I selected waterfront and terrace bar, I am glad I selected this place it was so great. People were so helping and polite and order came on time. The food was so delicious I can’t imagine a better place than this in goa with everything from behaviour, food and ambiance was amazing and upto the mark. and special shout out to Jaidev he was great in helping us order the best food and made our day. The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are very good, the service is very good, there is a welcome juice when you go to check-in. But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

We loved the stay @ The crown. View , rooms, food , staff , ambience everything was perfect and cherishes. Daisy Dsouza staff from The Crown was very helpful and she gentle speaking. She went out of the way to maintain and perform her duties and job in providing the best service related to booking , check-in , check-out and also helped to give best room. It was my elder sister's bday and she really surprised with cake in the hotel which made our bday celebration so special. I recommend this and give 5 star . ***ju Sachdev.

Overall a Good experience , friendly and accomodating staff to name a few Ms. Sweety , Mr. Sangramjit (in the restraunt) , Mr. Dharamraj (bell boy) and their impeccable service - quite friendly and helpful staffs make it a kid friendly Hotel too. All the staffs were always ready to help and were available from morning until mid night. The breakfast spread was quite good and delicious - turned to be a Happy Meal with the smiling staffs ready to serve. A must recommended Hotel for a comfortable Stay.
