We stayed for one night after a couple of nights in another hotel. The location was good. Quiet but close enough to central Amsterdam.
The hotel was quite basic but had everything we need. The hotel was small with hardly any light and a very small enclosed window.
The staff made this hotel even better. They were all very polite and helpful, even late at night when we needed milk for coffee. They went above and beyond. Thank you 😊

Good spot not far from the railway station. The room was clean, but tiny. The check in process could be more friendly. I would recommend an offer to sit in order to fill all the informations needed. Otherwise check out was perfect.

2024年1月17日、18日と2泊しました。
フロントスタッフの白人の若い男性は、チェックインにとても時間と手間がかかり、不快でした。
予約していたのにも関わらず、私の氏名、出身国、電話番号などを宿泊客にiPadへ入力させるのには驚きました。ちなみにアムステルダムやブリュッセルの他のホテルにも泊まりましたが、チェックインでこんなに大変だったのはこのホテルだけです。私が私の個人情報を入力している間、フロントスタッフの彼は十分な時間があったのにも関わらず、宿泊費の残代金の決済に手間取り、挙げ句の果てには私に朝食の有無や朝食会場の案内も失念していました。
そのためチェックアウトの際はこの彼を避けて、黒人の女性に頼んだのですが、彼女が私に身に覚えのない追加料金を支払えと言ってきたため何だそれはと問いただすと、彼女はその彼に助けを求める始末。フロントスタッフの教育が不足しているようです。
アメニティは歯磨きセットはなく、シャンプーなど最低限です。部屋の中のネスプレッソはちゃんと稼働し、コーヒーを飲むことができました。
部屋は清潔に感じました。部屋のエアコンは日本メーカーのダイキンで、室温は快適でした。シャワーの水圧は弱かったですが、シャワールームは綺麗でお湯は出ました。
立地はアムステルダム中央駅から徒歩8分で移動や観光に大変便利です。
またこれは男性への利点ですが、ホテルは飾り窓地区ではないのにも関わらず、裏通り付近に10箇所以上の飾り窓が存在するため、楽しめます。
