Hotel Albatros

Отличный и современный отель. Очень удобно расположен, рядом море, рынок, главная улица, кафе, магазины. Очень вкусные и хорошие завтраки. Номер Очень удобный, молодцы!

Pros: Location. The hotel is located in the center of Anapa, there is a lot of entertainment nearby, the beach is 500m from the hotel. The room has all the amenities, the rooms are cleaned daily, and a 450 ml bottle of water is provided per person. Animation. For children, after about 2 days, animators of 2 people came and entertained the children for an hour. Also on other days, master classes for children (various crafts) were held. Special thanks to the teacher in the Children's room Olga, she gets along well with children, mine spent half a day there. In general, the staff is polite and responsive. Of the minuses, our room was standard, but it was very small, you couldn’t put things in the closet, it was cramped for us in the fourth room. Small pool, more like a paddling pool. This restaurant is a disappoin**ent. Arriving at the hotel, we learned that the restaurants presented on the website are available for a fee, but with a 15% discount for hotel guests. The restaurant for guests is called “te amo”. You have to come at the very beginning of breakfast/lunch/dinner, because if you come later you might end up hungry. Alya student salads (everything was mixed together from leftover food). They don't provide a children's menu at all. And it is conditionally childish. A special note is parking. When booking the hotel, we were promised a parking space in a guarded parking lot, the result is parking on the road near the cloud restaurant. Billiards are paid, 200 rubles per hour. Thermal complex 1100 rubles/hour, up to 4 people, but you can visit for at least 2 hours. In general, I can say that we have rested in other Russian 3* hotels, but this one did not leave a very pleasant impression, the lies on the website and the lack of agreement are very unpleasant.

Почему последнее время я выбираю для отдыха в городе Анапа отель «Альбатрос». Оптимальное и удобное расположение в центре города. Куда бы я не собрался - на городской пляж, фруктовый рынок, театр, на центральную улицу города с поющими фонтанами, аттракционы для детей, авто или ж/д вокзал, магазин или ресторан - все это находится действительно рядом. Отель спланирован с учетом требовательных отдыхающих. Здесь есть все: открытый бассейн, баня, салон красоты, кафе «Пешков стрит» и ресторан «Облака». Добротные и уютные по-домашнему номера на любой вкус. В отеле хорошо обученный вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Поэтому всегда отличное обслуживание, чисто и аккуратно. Разнообразная и очень вкусная еда и своя свежая выпечка.

Лучшее место для отдыха! Мои дети очень любят это место ))) и мы с мужем всегда хотим вернуться ! Красивые современные номера с комфортными условиями! Выбираем эту гостиницу уже несколько лет и ни разу не пожалели о своем выборе)))) очень удобное месторасположение и самое главное вкусная еда для всех))) и детей и взрослых!

Hotel situato in un posto strategico della città,hersonissos....tanti locali e movida,adatta per famiglie e ragazzi. Pochi metri da un mare meraviglioso. Hotel pulitissimo,ricco di servizi,personale gentile e qualificato,elegante e curato nei minimi particolari. Un ringraziamento speciale,va a Desy ,ragazza gentile,preparata e disponibilissima con tutti i clienti.Nonostante avessimo la nostra guida ,lei ci ha seguiti ed accompagnati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno,dandoci ottimi consigli anche per le escursioni. Cosa non da poco quando si è in terra straniera!!nsomma consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questo albergo,adatto sia per giovani che per ragazzi.

Приличный отель, в самом центре города. Будь у меня дети, и с детьми б отдыхала именно тут, т.к. есть удобства. Ну и погулять по городу. Мы с подругой так и делали: позавтракаем в отеле и идем гулять, и так весь отпуск! А, ну еще несколько раз выезжали в соседние города.

Очень понравился персонал - вежливый и отзывчивый. Подходит для отдыха с детьми - на территории бассейн и детская комната с няней, каждый вечер мастер- класс или анимация для детей, хороший пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Окна выходили на улицу, но в 11 вечера уже было тихо.
