My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull
The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The facilities were relatively clean, the staff were friendly and friendly, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and the food at the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Food is not worth the price and does not taste good. Dinner is abysmal just two items are good among the whole spread. Breakfast is ok The hotel is not worth the price, Novotel is well-maintained at the same price level. I will not ever revisit this hotel. The hotel is not Taj Standard in any way.

Room is sub par, bed and pillows not comfortable, no closed closet, mini bar and kettle placed high and un comfortable. Overall don't reflect vivanta!!

It was really good. Visit to Vijayawada has been pleasent, staff was proactive and caring, service was excellent. No complaints. My family felt very comfortable and wanted to revisit the place. The amenities were on the point. Food was great.

Add some new items in break fast and which i felt monotonous from last 6 months. Rest everything is fine like ambience, staff behaviour, security, on boarding, swimming pool, services which ever requested are attending fast pace which is very satisfying

The property is under renovation and the present price is not commensurate to the facilities. Food is good. Other facilities like cleanliness ambiance need improvement. The facilities are not up to the mark of Taj group and needs improvement
