The hotel itself was nice and the perfect to rest from all the hustle and bustle of city life. The main downfall is that no one is allowed to have guest. I feel that if I am paying my hard earned money for a pleasurable vacation. I should be at least able to sign guest on to my room while staying there.

Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Great large bedrooms with en suite bathroom with great HOT shower and western toilet. The room had excellent air con as well as large opening windows for fresh air, and two very large celling fans. There was also a small additional washing sink in the room with a microwave a large fridge freezer (all clean). The staff are VERY friendly and helpful (even booking taxis) and offering advice. This hotel is immaculately clean, and fresh water bottles were also supplied every day. Good location (bring a torch for night walks!) as no where in the area has street lighting of any note. The Ger*** bakery (separate review) is very close by for excellent food. The location is nice and quiet and an easy walk to the nearby spread out village(s) and beach(s).

The property is very well located. The staff is extremely polite n very efficient. Great hygiene standards and very hospitable host. Great place to be in for a holiday in Goa. Food is great as well so one can't ask for more.

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting very quiet location in anjuna. The service was excellent & Gaudi on reception will allways attend to your needs. Would highly reccomend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Anjuna.

The worst of experience in my life for a hotel with zero hospitality. At first we made our booking through ***********, the hotel declined our credit card and asked us to book directly with them. This is a kind of cheating with the customers as well as #***********. we were told by hotel that they have recieved cancellation mail from *********** where we told them we never asked for cancellation and we will come and pay at the hotel. We then called the customer care of *********** where they assured us that they have not given or raised any cancellations to the hotel. Felt cheated at the first of my experience on arrival in pre-booked booking. Ultimately to continue our hotel stay we had to cancel our booking and make the direct booking with the hotel. On that hotel gave us the same price which we got on ***********. Felt cheated on the same from hotel part as they are just tied up with online portals for visibility but not honouring their bookings after confirmation as well. You reach the room you pay for your complete pax(04), they provide you only two bottles (half litre) of water and on asking for atleast as per the pax we are paying we were informed of extra charges. Something not acceptable. No towels in the bathroom were provided. Please carry your towels and all other amenities. WiFi they promise onsite but hardly any network in the hotel premises. So if you want to work it won't be possible for you to login. Not recommended for stay at all. We spent a night which was an extremely poor experience. Rooms are good. Food is also very good. The boy at breakfast and who served us tea in evening was superb in hospitality. We wanted to share our experiences to a senior person or ***ager but the lady at reception said she was the only ***ager. No one above her will take any feedbacks. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. VERY DISAPPOINTED
