We were staying at the Pilot Hotel close by, and popped into the Anemos Hotel's beach restaurant, Sirocco, for dinner one evening (Thursday 30/05/24). N.b., It wasn't a patch on much cheaper and authentic Seven Souled next door! After some umming and ahhing the manager (I assume) suggested he could squeeze us in (although it wasn't busy) and politely asked us to take a seat in the cafe/bar side whilst they prepared us a table. They gave us a half glass of Prosecco each whilst we waited. A good start! Once seated the manager enquired as to our method of payment (which seemed like a slightly odd policy) before taking our order. 45 minutes later, with our 5-year-old daughter's bedtime rapidly approaching and constantly under attack from midges, we managed to catch someone's eye only to be told the chef had burnt my starter and had had to start it again from scratch (very strange considering I had ordered raw prawns!). We accepted their apology with a smile but let them know it was nearing our daughter's bedtime. We'd ordered "Fish Steaks" for her, but they bought fish fingers (apparently, the menu should have read, "Fish Sticks"). No biggy! I'm not sure what they bought me in the end (something wrapped in a leaf of some description laying in the same sauce that came on the side with my main), despite my confusion I rushed it down quickly without complaint. Then came the awful double whammy! My wife's ink squid risotto was uncooked; she doesn't mind al dente but this might have broken her teeth! She told them and they offered to cook her another but she explained we didn't have time. They came back with an offer to cook her's a little more and she accepted. What came back was hot baby food! It was edible but she did not enjoy the small amount she actually ate. As for mine, originally my wife had tried to order the seabass sashimi. The manager said that they didn't have this but recommended the seabass fillets, "Fresh", he stated with a grin. As previously mentioned my wife went for the risotto, but I decided to have the seabass fillets he'd recommended. He then told us that the seabass fillets on the a la carte were frozen, and if I wanted fresh I would have to order the Catch of the Day, which was a little more expensive. He told me he would fillet it for me and I begrudgingly agreed. Sadly, when it arrived it wasn't filleted and he was nowhere to be seen. The flesh wasn't firm but was mushy like you get from frozen fish. At some point he came and ask me how our food was, I gently told him some of our woes and he disappeared red faced. The bill arrived, I asked in front of the server if the risotto had been deducted, it hadn't. Wanting to get our little one to bed, we paid up and left without any fuss.

Best experience ever, staffs were very profession and helpful. The night time entertainment was excellent. The gym could do with a little bit of upgrade but i guess not many people would use gym facilities in a holiday. Overall i would highly recommend Anemos Luxury Grand Resort

Wow! What an amazing experience we had staying at the Anemos. Thank you so much for the most wonderful stay. We loved our upgrade to a Maisonette suite, this made our stay even more enjoyable. We do not normally do half board as we like to explore the area we are staying in, but this holiday was just about relaxing and the food was very good. We were able to have two meals in one of the gorgeous A La Carte restaurants which we did and these were both lovely experiences. We enjoyed the evening entertainment each evening and this was very varied. There is a lovely roof top bar for that special evening drink. The hotel is very well laid out and immaculate (and I am quite fussy!) Rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Walking through the hotel each day was just gorgeous, the flowers and trees were beautiful and all very well maintained. As the rooms are in little blocks you don't get the noise of lots of people walking past your room making a noise and no lifts! The pools were great for swimming and lots of comfy sunbeds. We enjoyed the walk to the beach each morning, although you can get a lift in one of the golf buggys that frequently drive by picking up guests. The beach is gorgeous with sand dunes, again plenty of beds and umbrellas. The sea was a gorgeous blue and perfect for swimming, for children too. You can walk along the beach either way to the nearest village/town, 15 mins one way and 20 mins the other. Both had bars, shops and restaurants. These are not suitable for walking to in the evening, but there are buses and taxis for this. We got the bus to Reythmeno one evening which was 25 mins and 3.50 euros each way, but you have to book a ticket online before you travel. The hotel can help you with this information. We also took a little road train to the a lovely freshwater lake jist 3km away, which was 5 euros each and definitely worth the trip. We found a lovely little taverna for A nice drink on the shade. Thank you for the perfect break that we were looking for... we will be back!!

Anemos is a hotel with very good service, you can say: exclusive. Good acommodation, waried, delicious food, always helpfull, amiable staff, beatifull beach with sand signed with blue flag. I've been in Greece a few times at 5* hotels, but Anemos is the best. I've spent nice holiday there.

the best recommendation is that my son didn't want to leave the hotel... :) everything was perfect there, and it was a real pleasure that we stayed at Anemos. All the staff was very kind and helpful. They took care of me and my family from the beginning till the day of leaving. They called me if i need a help with luggages before leaving and they gave us some water for a trip- it was very nice gesture.

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Wide range of cocktails and food which was lovely. Loads of space around the pools and everything spotlessly clean. The private beach had great facilities and a lovely bar. Golf buggies were available to drive you anywhere on the resort... including the beach and good choice of 'a la carte' restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

A very nice hotel to relax in We booked a coach transfer at the same time as booking the holiday. As there was not anyone waiting at arrivals with our name, we went to the agents desk in the arrivals area. We were given tickets and directions to a waiting full size coach. Then it was around a one hour journey to the hotel. At check in we were taken to some comfortable seating, given welcoming drinks and shown a QR code to scan with our mobile phone. The QR code gave a registering form to complete, then we were given our room key cards and towel cards. It was then an golf buggy ride to our room with our suitcases. Our room was large and nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom. The shower was a step into the bath style if a shower was needed. The bathroom had various kinds of washing gels, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and two sinks. The room had a queen size bed and a single bed, slippers, dressing gowns, tea and coffee making facilities, scales, ironing board, large safe, and a stocked mini bar. On the flat screen TV the only English channels were four news channels. However we found our Netflix worked well on a laptop using the hotel Wi-Fi. We had booked HB and when there looking at the cost of food and drinks, we upgraded to all-inclusive at the reception for several hundred £’s less than our travel agent wanted at the time of booking our holiday. A recommendation is to book a HB holiday and when arriving at the hotel, upgrade to all inclusive at the reception desk. There are many different restaurants and bars at the hotel which you can use if all inclusive. However the main restaurant serves a wide range of food and drinks, and we felt it was the best place to eat and drink at meal times. Wine tended to be by the bottle in a wine cooler at the side of your table. The main pool area was quiet and spacious with no shortage of sunbeds. The pool was a shallow 1.0 to 1.2 m deep and cold during a sunny May 25 deg C. It is easy to catch a bus outside the hotel in either direction to the nearest largish town. We used the local bus company app to buy tickets for going out, and at the town bus station (which is chaotic) purchased tickets for coming back. One day we turned right at the hotel gates and walked along a side road to the nearest town, this took around 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our holiday at Anemos Hotel, it was easy to get there, food was very good, the bed was very comfortable, every night there was entertainment to watch, around the pool it was quiet and relaxing - no loud banging music, and the staff were very helpful. The only downside we had was on a windy day the pool parasols had a habit of uplifting and blowing onto other holiday makers. Tip here is if it is a windy day, get a cabana with beds, but watch out for flying parasols. This is a very nice quiet hotel with very good food.
