The room is spacious and convenient as the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Parking is at 800 JPY per day, with multiple entries and exits allowed, after the parking ticket is validated at the hotel reception. As the hotel is connected to the Aeon mall, it is very easy to get food and snacks.

The location is great with AEON and many restaurants nearby, JR station is also within walking distance. Too bad there's no free parking from the hotel but there's a few choices of paid parking areas around the hotel, the parking area without roof opposite hotel is cheaper than the one in the building. Sleep wear and deodorize spray are provided. Public bath is clean. All the basic amenities are provided. Clean, new and well maintained hotel. Overall happy with my stay here.

Very convenient location since it is near JR station and shopping district. Driving distance to attractions range from 20 mins to 1 hour. Amenities such as face oil,, toner, cream, tea bags, coffee drops bags, toothpaste and toothbrush are readily available at hotel lobby at no extra charge.

Location was good. We drove a MPV and had to park in the private carpark wha two minutes walk away. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

Because it is an old hotel Leopard Asahikawa, there is a Leopard office at the entrance, and it may not be seen at the entrance of the hotel for a moment. ２０ If you check in by the time, you can have a drink 1 cup free (alcohol). I’m very surprised by the relatively low rating of this hotel. We had a very good experience here, and found the room to be spacious and comfortable (though fairly typical old-school Japanese hotel). Service was good overall and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the best part of Asahikawa, near the main train station and the very cool and fun shopping street. The hotel also has an outdoor parking lot located immediately behind the hotel. Our only hiccup was that we arrived slightly before the 1500 check in time (we arrived at 1440) and were told we had to wait until exactly 1500 to check in. This is Japan and I appreciate being a stickler for the rules, but sometimes good customer service is about making calculated exceptions. Maybe next time. We would certainly recommend this place to others.

I haven't traveled abroad much, but I think it's a really good hotel. Putting everything else aside, I really like the open-air bath in the large public bath. I went on a snowy day, and as I was soaking in the hot spring water while it was snowing, I felt like my worries were disappearing. There is no need to go to a ryokan. Even if you don't speak Japanese, they respond in English and the staff are all friendly. I stayed warm because I could control the room temperature myself. Breakfast is also good. You can make kaisendon with clams, flounder, salmon, and salmon roe, and there are many other things you can eat. It's a bit far from Asahikawa Station. It was a little difficult to drag the suitcase onto the snow-covered sidewalk on a snowy day. Other than that it was really good. I plan to visit again next time I go to Asahikawa.

Since you are traveling by car, you don’t have to be near public transportation. But the location of the hotel is pretty good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the famous Genghis Khan Barbeque for dinner.
