Convenient location in Tianhe. Clean and comfortable. kitchen fully equipped with utensils. Breakfast place is small and a little bit each of Chinese Japanese western but sufficient. Staff can speak English or Japanese also. In-room info says there’s a delivery robot in the hotel but during my stay staff delivered to my room each time, sometimes took up to half an hour to be delivered to my room. On a semi long trip would definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to subway station。Big shopping malls are within walking distance. All staff are warm, patient, friendly and helpful. One of the best staff Mr Zhao even helped me with buying and activating a China simcard which caused lots of trouble for him, but he never complained. The hotel is clean and quite thought there are some work are going on. Surely I will go back again and also will recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to be treated nicely with respect. Thank you to the staff who have helped me during my stay.
