Element Asheville Downtown

We love this hotel! Clean and eco friendly! Walkable and quiet. Espresso machine was down and in room coffee is not good but we travel with our own coffee maker.

We loved our stay. Staff was great. Super clean. Great breakfast. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. We will stay here again in the future.

Best hotel experience ever. Beautiful property. Room was wonderful. The breakfast had healthy fresh options with great coffee. Other hotels serve junk at breakfast and we skip it. Also wine/beer appetizers in the evening. But the main thing is the front desk people and the rooms.

Very nice modern hotel with plenty of easy (free) parking either in their lot or enclosed garage. Beds were comfortable & breakfast was quite good. If there was a negative it was the location is sandwiched between a freeway and a busy street so you can hear some traffic at night

We stayed at Element to go to Bil**ore Estate. The hotel was just a short drive from there, 10 minutes. It was very clean and nicely furnished. There were only two things we were a little disappointed in. There are no fans in the bathrooms and the breakfast was not good. All of the food was cold and flavorless. We had to go somewhere else and get breakfast before our tour of Bil**ore. We would stay there again if we go back to the area.

It was a perfect from check in to checking out! Staff was amazing,very helpful! Great location and clean and comfortable hotel.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is super clean and modern. Hotel has great amenities similar to apar**ents. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nice. Bathroom was good size and fully equipped. Walk-in shower gets two thumbs up but the water pressure at the sink was deplorable. Even turning both taps all the way on did not change the pitiful flow. Shampoo and conditioner are provided via dispensers on the shower wall. No little bottles to throw away at the end of a stay. There was a kitchen area - sink, filtered water tap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishes, metal tableware, can opener, and wine bottle opener and cooler. Eco-friendly paper cups and glasses everywhere. No plastic or styrofoam. Breakfast had range of offerings. There are a lot of tables spread out. Very bright room with walls of windows. Also has lounge area next to the dining area. It seems that the coffee bar is always available. People could get coffee and hot water during the evening social hour where they offer a wine and beer on tap. Parking is interesting. There are a few spaces inside, mostly handicap. Outside parking is shared with two office buildings. There is a big sign (with small print) that says something about parking in spaces marked hotel parking. Apparently this is not clear (because who is going to stop and read all that verbiage before parking? ) Cars were parked at the ends of the row of spaces at the front of the hotel. I was always able to get a space in this row so I don't know how many of the spaces down the hill are hotel. (College Street is a steep hill.)

Spent three nights. Hotel was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Some of the best staff I’ve seen, props to them. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Asheville.
