Camere comode e pulite. Collegamento con navetta al centro storico, Vicinanza a ristoranti (uno particolarmente valido) che sostituisce la mancanza del ristorante interno: in compenso una prima colazione varia ed abbondante servita, tempo permettendo, nel giardino dell'hotel. Personale diponibile e gentilissimo come i Titolari sempre presenti molto cordiali e con utilii consigli su cosa fare e vedere. Parcheggio auto interno gratuito e con tettoia. Per finire: si può stare all'ombra di un maestoso gelso tricentanario. Lo consigliamo e, appena possibile, torneremo.

Very pleasant stay with strategic location of the structure, both to walk and by car. Excellent breakfast ! Excellent service ! Excellent structure !!! I am very pleased and thank the staff for their infinite availability ! I will certainly return to Bassano del Grappa and would like to return to the Bonotto Hotel Palladio. We booked the hotel to be close to family and the hotel is a little gem…. With a little history thrown in Rooms are simple but nice Service excellent Breakfast was handled really well in these difficult times … selection of fresh juices, cereals, pastries, eggs , ham, cheeses, hoe made cakes and some lovely Italian coffees to start the day … sit in the outside area and it’s a great way to start the day before you stroll around the castle grounds and have more coffee in one of the little cafes Will return!!

Nice hotel located at strategical location with beautiful view of city wall. We are family of 3 who stayed for 2 nights in Junior suite room (room 369). The room is spacious for king size bed and single bed and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very standard. There is free parking on the spot connected directly to the hotel. Everything was perfect until we woke up at 10 am the first morning, feeling very hot. When we asked their reception staff, we were told that central AC was switched off starting at 9 am everyday and would be switched on again only after lunch time. We were surprised with this regulation, this is not acceptable for 4 stars hotel. Not all guest left the hotel early before 9 am plus it's summer time (mid july). During check out we asked again about it to the reception staff only to be told this time that it was due to covid19 pandemic which is for us was nonsense as we had been staying in several hotels in Italy during 3 weeks road trip and never had this problem. Even if it was true, it would be fair if such information was provided on their website or even during check in time. We were sweating a lot while dressing up which is not pleasant thing to start the day.
