Заранее бронировала отель в инстаграм ,где сотрудник отеля пообещала свободный номер и ранее заселение без доплаты ,по итогу после долгого перелета приехали в отель и там нам сказали свободных номеров нет !!!Если честно это ужасно ,когда люди заранее бронируют договариваются ,после тяжелого перелета приезжают рано утром и хотят отдохнуть ,а тут такое !!!В итоге нашли номер ,мы ждали пока его уберут и попросили доплату,если бы я знала что так получится ,то забронировала бы другой отель и без проблем приехав отдыхала ,но тут надо было ждать и доплатить !В итоге написала сотрудникам отеля потом в инстаграм ,где вроде как извинились и пообещали скидку и ранний заезд !Немного погодя в следующей поездке хотели воспользоваться скидкой и ранним заездом !!!Пишу все так же в инстаграм где присутствует переписка ,и мне предлагают номер за 80 тысяч тенге за сутки без раннего обещанного заезда !!!на номер сказали сделают скидку в размере 50%,я была удивлена такая большая скидка !!!но зайдя на букинг увидела цену 24 тысячи 😂!это полный провал !!!Персонал нагло обманул и даже не смог загладить свою вину!Отель конечно не плохой ,останавливалась там не раз ,но есть в и другие отели ,где персонал достаточно внимателен и отношение к гостям на много лучше !Теперь никому не рекомендую туда ехать ,дабы не пришлось остаться без номера )

Добрый день, проживание с 28 мая по 1 июня, номер 704, угловой, с балконом. Дверь балкона не закрывается плотно, поэтому сильно дуло с балкона на кровать. Система кондиционирования уже на летнем режиме, принесла один обогреватель-радиатор, на следующий день уже пушку, сменить номер не удалось - сначала не было свободного (только люкс за 90к, с учетом общих условий вообще не привлекает), потом появился, но такой же холодный. Обещали специалиста извне, чтобы он решил вопрос с дверью балкона - так и не сделали. Таким образом, уезжаю с ларингитом или фарингитом - разберусь уже дома в Алмате. В целом, номерной фонд уже не такой свежий - гостиница не новая, не ждите много - но не грязно. В номере нет ватных палочек/дисков, халат старый вафельный, матрац мягкий - кому важно. Завтрак средний, кофемашина средняя капсульная. Если у администрации есть какой-то интерес решать вопросы с гостями - вернитесь к юр лицу, что оплатили проживание, нашей компанией было занято около 30 номеров на этот период. Как гость не вижу смысла возвращаться сюда.

Добрый день. Проживание в отеле понравилось. Заселили быстро,приятный персонал на стойке регистрации. Необходимо оплатить туристический сбор( не дорого) От аэропорта ехать буквально 30 минут. Номера чистые просторные есть все необходимое. Минибар с демократическими ценами. Смарт ТВ. Все туалетные принадлежности. Достойный завтрак. Напротив отеля есть торговый центр. Мне все понравилось.
