My stay was 10/10 The hotel is very well maintained, everything is super clean. The hotel is perfect is you come to Athens as a tourist - all major cites are walking distance. The lady on reception (I forgot her name, sorry) with short hair was very helpful, I followed her recommendations and my first day in Athens was ideal. Special thanks to Ludmila - she is a real asset to the company; she is a bighearted lady who made me feel very welcoming my entire stay. Thank you team ❤️

This hotel is an absolute steal. Clean, unique, comfortable pushing luxurious. Staff was 4 seasons good - breakfast was better. We were here the first 2 nights of a 15 day trip. They took care of us and our piles of luggage. I travel a fair bit for work and have stayed in hotels all over the US and Canada - almost exclusively big chains. This hotel is a strong rep for the Boutique side of hotel offerings. A side note about the area - traveled with my wife and adult daughter (trip was her college grad present) and we walked everywhere we went - including back at dusk from the Acropolis area. There were still plenty of people on the streets and at no time did we feel unsafe.

When I was younger, I spent two weeks in Greece to visit various places on the Peloponnese peninsula, but up until this year, I had never been to Athens before. I am someone who likes to explore places, and I often do not have day by day plans - but the one thing that is always important for me is a good base, a place to come back to in the late afternoon or evening to relax. I generally am not into nightlife, so I usually spend evenings in my accommodation - so I try to make sure to book a good place. I was tempted to go for a cheaper option, but after the last few years and all the stress, I decided to treat myself. Why earn all that money if I don’t use it right? I spent nine days in the Academias Hotel in Athens. I chose it because the location seemed ideal on a map. Fortunately, the reality also was not a disappointment. I visited the Acropolis a couple of times. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk there, but I also saw that there are bus connections if you do not like to walk (I LOVE walking, because you also get to see more of the places and can sometimes come across interesting shops, parks, etc.). I could go on about places that are within easy reach, but you’re probably more interested in the hotel itself! The check-in was easy and I felt very welcome. There wasn’t a grumpy staff member in sight (hotel staff in certain places in the UK could learn from that friendliness!). I tried to impress with my few sentences of Greek that I learned, but fortunately, staff in this hotel has no problem with other languages. Not once during my stay did I have an issue with staff. They were all polite and respectful. The big plus for me also was that they did not annoy me. Friendly yes, but they did not make me feel harassed like it can happen in other hotels. While I did obviously check out photos of the hotel in advance before I booked, I was pleasantly surprised by my room (I booked a room with a king-sized bed). Everything was very clean, and there were BOOKS on the shelves. That was really a nice touch, I think. The bathroom was HUGE, and let me tell you: the showers are awesome. You’ll really appreciate a good shower after an active day in Athens, especially in summer! It was lovely! The room was nice and I had lots of space.The writing desk was perfect because I’m a writer and always in need of such a space! There was even a nice little coffee machine. Of course, also the usual stuff like a TV (with Netflix access!), shampoos, all the stuff you’d expect from a high quality hotel. The hotel has a lot to offer in addition to your actual room. There is a gym (I didn’t use that, I didn’t go on holiday to work out) and also a spa if you are into that. Worth a mention is the food as well. There’s a great restaurant with excellent views - and the food is just as excellent, which makes this a wonderful eating experience. Breakfast was also excellent, I really can’t complain. Most awesome experience in 25 years travelling the globe. Will come back in May when rooftop pool is open. Everything in this completely new hotel is impeccable. Breakfast in the rooftop terrace viewing the Acropolis. Never ending choice of fresh foods, highly professional staff, latest electronic and digital tools, very sizeable, Functional rooms, 40 TV stations, steam room, sauna and pool and gym 24/7 open, brandnew, extremely clean. Booked two rooms for a three day stay and both rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my daughters but for me it was fine. Small bath but I managed to use it. The staff are great and breakfast was a good start to the day ahead. Nice coffee. Our flight back to the uk was cancelled due to air traffic control going on strike and the hotel let us stay another night without any fuss even letting us stay in the same rooms. All in all I have no regrets booking this hotel and for the price it’s a great choice. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and it was a fixed price of 40 euros.

The company we received before helped us make a reservation for a few days, and then I didn’t want to move around, so I continued to renew the subscription at his house. The place is in the city centre and is worth the price, do not expect big porch as its in the city centre, its in the by lanes and has small cafes and bars on your way. Very close to OMONOIA SQUARE & SYNTAGMA SQUARE. The staff especially DARIA was very helpful and understanding, the breakfast is good. Overall a very good experience. Would suggest this place for a budget but amazing stay. It is walkable to most of the historic sites, everything is in the vicinity of 3-4 kms Made me feel unsafe when i first seen trucks of riot police parked on the road outside with police on entrance to every lane… but then as days passed it was safe, you feel scared as there are by lanes which are dark and you need to pass through some junkies(they are in their own world) You could go book a ferry for santorini or go island hoping, HOP on HOP OFF buses,Toy Train city tour, There is Experience park free for all near Ellinikos also you have shore line and beaches.

Had to stay on Greece to isolate when going from Dubai to UK - combined a bit of a break with working . The apartment was great value - good WiFi I needed for work which was fantastic and nice shower , kitchen , aircon etc. Location good on me lot of nice bars abs restaurants and very close to the centre. The owners and staff are amazing though normally go for hotels but they were so helpful message on WhatsApp and back to you straight away. I had to move my trip back 1 day entirely my fault but they didn’t charge me and moved by a day. They really didn’t have to do that 100% my fault but the fact they did meant a lot to me and I’ll 100% stay with them again when next I. Athens.

We visited Athene for a weekend and stayed one night in PAME Paradiso. Very friendly people and good clean rooms. We had a suite on the 5th floor which was not expensive at all. Due to the late check-in which was possible the hotel arranged transportation from the Airport to the hotel and was very well organized. The owner makes use of whats app which is very convenient when your still travelling. In the morning check-out was fast and good. Also the got loads of good tips from the owner what to visit so that really helped us. We really recommend this hotel as its also around the corner of the city center!
