This terrific little hotel is tucked away next to the walking mall and under the Acropolis. Mariana greeted us when we arrived, registering us in no time and even though it was 9 am, our room was prepared and waiting for us. That gave us the opportunity to unpack, change and head out to explore the city. Our room was quite spacious, with a king bed and plenty of storage space. We had a desk, sofa and TV. The windows were covered in almost total blackout shades that allowed us to awaken when we set the alarm. The shower facilities were excellent, as was the remainder of the toilet facilities. Overall our room, 101, was impeccably clean, neat and well appointed. And we had a wall-mounted air conditioner with remote control for temperature and on/off timer. Breakfast was included in our reservation. It was huge. Orange juice, water, coffee/cappuccino followed by salad and a plate of freshly cut fruit including banana, pear, apples and others. And finally, we enjoyed toast and scrambled eggs, the latter were hot and fluffy. The location is excellent, a short stop from the hop-on-hop-off bus stop, which we enjoyed. Many cafés and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away as is the entrance to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, both of which are must visits while in Athens. We plan to return to Noble Suites when we are next in Athens. Thank you.

The service of the self-catering apartment is not convenient with the front desk clerk anyway.

I took the last room available, a single room, and was not looking forward to a small room but very pleasantly surprised. The room was compact but very nicely furnished. These rooms have been modernised recently and was absolutely perfect for my needs for a one-night stay in Athens. Excellent shower and air conditioning. I slept very well, the only negative comment would be that I was woken very early by the noise of staff getting breakfast ready. The hotel is quietly situated in a side street very close to the Acropolis entrance and just a short walk down the hill from the city centre tour bus drop off. It's also just a few minutes walk from the Acropolis metro stop. The roof terrace has beautiful views and you can buy a drink from the downstairs bar and take it up to the roof. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend Acropolis View Hotel for single travellers.

My fiance and I traveled to Athens with my parents and the staff at Acro Urban Suites helped make our trip amazing with their recommendations and assistance. They provided an outstanding lunch/dinner recommendation, arranged transfer service from the airport, and on short notice they were able to find and reserve an electric scooter for my father who has mobility issues. They are easy to communicate with via the Iconic Guest app. The rooftop terrace has amazing views of the Acropolis and plenty of comfortable seating. It's the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a long day of sightseeing. The lounge area is comfortable with books, chairs, and tables. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. The suite has a large shower, refrigerator, expresso maker, glasses, and plenty more which we didn't use. The location is convenient to the Acropolis, restaurants, coffee shops, and a few markets.

I was concerned about our two day stay after reading some negative reviews but I had a completely opposite experience. It is a large hotel that has some big groups but they offered very personalized service and took pride in their hotel. Every single person from the doorman to the desk to the cleaner were really friendly and seemed happy to have us there. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Athens, it is very walkable to the pedestrian area, the Plaka neighborhood and the environs of Athens. I had not even known about the Plaka, but it was at the suggestion of the doorman. The rooms were nice sized and clean, the balcony is small and our room overlooked the garden and the pool. The pool looked very clean and though we didn't use it , it was being enjoyed by others. We did go up to the rooftop where there was a restaurant to see the Acropolis, which you could see from the roof, not from our room at least. We didn't have the food or drinks there and you can't sit and see the Acropolis from there, you have to stand to be able to see the Acropolis, so impressive when lit up. The breakfast was ample and varied and the coffee was delicious. it is in the lower area of the hotel, where they actually had found some ancient ruins which have been preserved, so that is cool, too. I would definitely give my recommendation to this hotel.
