Atsugi City Hotel

The front desk staff were incredibly calm and reassuring, which I really appreciated. Amenities like various types of pillows and an iron were conveniently located next to the front desk for self-service. There was also a self-service drink corner. The room itself was much more relaxing than I expected, easily the best among all the business hotels I've stayed at!

It was very beautiful.

I contacted the hotel well in advance to cancel, but there were communication problems between the hotel and Trip.com, and I was unable to cancel. It was disappointing.

It was great that I could use the large public bath at the affiliated capsule hotel, which was just a short walk away, and also get free ice cream. The hotel was only a one-minute walk from the station, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

I made a last-minute reservation, but they handled it very courteously. They also had a larger room available, so they showed me to that one! It was very clean and nice! However, the air conditioning seemed to be the same in all the rooms, so it was a little hot...

Considering the price, the abundance of amenities was a great help.

It was close to the station and everything we needed was nearby. The front desk staff were also very polite. The twin room was perfectly adequate for two adults and one child.

It's right in front of Hon-Atsugi Station, so it's easy to access. Parking is charged, but you can park for the whole day at a discounted rate, so you can still go sightseeing after checking out ^ ^
