My husband and I went for our anniversary. We had a great visit, we were upgraded to a beautiful loft room. I went to the bar during the evening and had a drink and a meal and we had the free breakfast the next morning. While the food and drinks were good. The breakfast was very basic and had nothing great and at the bar and at the breakfast, and in our hotel room, almost every single glass was still dirty. Please just wash the dishes better. The staff was kind and responsive and we ultimately had a great visit.

It was fine. The listing was not clear that the “king with den” did not have a full size couch/pull out. We had 2 adults and one child (teen), so I booked the option that seemed to have fit all 3 of us. While the teen was able to fit on the settee, she is short so other folks with older children should be aware. The front desk didn’t offer a solution but did provide me with a set of sheets after I asked.

We enjoy it here. It’s calm, pool is nice for kids, and the staff is chill and friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Justus and Arron were courteous and helpful. In the bar, Tucker was a gem. It was a very "cheers" like a**osphere. The room was lovely and large.

We liked the security of needing your card to go up to the rooms.
We didn't like that we had to ask 3 times for someone to help us with the closing of the shades.

I just needed a p[lace to crash before heading out early - it was comfy but the traffic was still loud at 10:30 at night - I realize this is not in the control of the hotel.....just saying. It would have been fabulous to be able to grab a cup of coffee as I was headed out the door for my morning flight. I felt like it was farther from the airport than expected

I got rashes from the swimming pool. Too much chemicals. This hotel didn’t clean my room even though i stayed for two nights.
Not safe parking lot. However, the room was big and breakfast was good.

The property is easy quick access off the 255 freeway. Due to being near 2 major medical centers less than a half mile away, Colfax is extremely busy during busy work hours. Plus there is major construction going on west of the hotel on the corner of Colfax and Preoria. The building is a standard high rise hotel with easy access off of Colfax. Inside it is updated and clean. The suite we had was spacious and had a kitchenette with all needed amenities.

Staff was great, especially the bartender. Room was comfortable and quiet. Everything was perfect except the dining options. Caesar salad was bag lettuce, lots of green can parmesan, bagged croutons, Ken's dressing, and THE WORST rubbery chicken.
