Baiyu Hotel

The hotel is by the river, and the room has a beautiful view, facing the mountain, the White Pagoda and the river. The car cannot drive to the hotel entrance, so you can only go to the parking lot at the back and then cross over. The front desk, lobby and rooms are quite large. It is very convenient to have an elevator. There are disinfectant and paper towels in the elevator. The room is well furnished with details, including hangers, artificial flowers, scales, and toilet paper. The downside is that there are too few charging sockets and the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, so water will be everywhere. There was a power outage in the middle of the night. It might be a power outage in the hotel. I called the front desk but there was no signal. I would like to praise Ctrip’s service here. I contacted Ctrip’s customer service and the problem was solved quickly by phone.

The room is quite big and spacious. The bathroom doesn't have dry and wet separation, the toilet doesn't drain well and needs to be flushed several times. The bed was so hard you could feel the springs. The hygiene is OK and the scenery outside the window is nice. Breakfast is simple. The barrier-free ramp at the entrance is very steep, and the parking lot is in a small yard behind the building. Cars cannot be driven to the hotel entrance. If it rains, it is not convenient to load and unload luggage.

服務很不好，每天早上早早就敲門問要不要退房，我早上還沒吃早飯他們就敲門問要不要退房，中午辦完事回來休息他們又敲門問要不要退房，平時不知道，我在酒店的時候他們都又敲門問要不要退房，一天不知道敲幾次，明明已經續房了，她們客房服務員不知道還是要敲門，投訴無門，他們態度還不好，不敢住

名不副實，價貴而質量差。不想説了。水龍頭放出來的是黃水，馬桶蓋坐墊松的，兩個螺絲壞了一個。床墊太硬。總之對不起600多元的價格。

白玉白珏大酒店體驗欠佳！房間設施陳舊，衞生有待提升，服務響應緩慢。雖位置尚可，但性價比低，整體感受一般，不推薦！

有一股味道，床單也不是很乾凈，但是整個白玉也找不出來更好一點的酒店了，衹能就這麼將就了

房間景色很好

幾乎不寫評價，第一次這麼吐槽一家酒店： 1.衞生間小不説，還乾濕不分區，連簡單的隔斷都沒有，淋浴噴頭就挨着馬桶和洗漱台，洗個澡馬桶和洗漱台全部淋濕，洗漱台上放洗漱用品的是個塑料盒子，洗完澡盒子裏的東西都被水泡着，看着十分無語……地上就更不用説了，滿地積水。淋浴熱水小、温度低，差點洗感冒。 2.馬桶水小到便便都沖不走，而且不知道是馬桶還是下水道一直隱約發出金屬撞擊的哐當聲，噪音影響睡眠。 3.衞生間燈關不了，電源總開關關掉都不行，衹能把衞生間門關過來（門鎖還有點壞了，得非常使勁才能關好），但玻璃透光到床邊，依然嚴重影響睡眠。 4. 房間隔音效果奇差，大晚上和大清早都能清楚聽到對門大聲説話聲、關門聲，樓上走路咚咚聲……總之別想睡好覺。 5.送的礦泉水也吝嗇得很，就2瓶330毫升的，其他酒店一般都是500毫升以上的2瓶。連廁紙🧻都衹有一點點，半夜居然就用完了，極其尷尬……洗臉的毛巾發黃得像已經用過幾百年…… 6.早上8點去吃早餐就沒什麼菜了，又難吃，牛奶、豆漿也一律沒有，粥稀得跟米湯似的，衹能草草吃點走人。 真是從來沒住過這麼差的酒店！
