The place is good not bad, the price very cheap. But the staff so BAD. I saw there's two staff one man and one lady. The man is really nice, friendly and helpful. But the lady with the dye hair was the worst, I guess she doesn't understand about hospitality at all. She tell us over and over again it's check out time which its still 11 h 30 and my friends still waited for me to finished my meeting which I had meeting at 10 h - 12 h, she made a scene pushing us to go out by saying ”it's check out time” and ”there's other guest are coming” by came to one of the room. which we knew it already check out time but my friends just still waiting for me until I finished my meeting at 12h sharp !! I hope the owner of the place can see this, because this lady is so mean and made the guest wouldn't come again. The place is really nice with this price I swear but this lady oh man! Annoying!

Villa Jakaranda and Maracuja Are wonderful. It’s located in a very serene back street and like a small paradise with beautiful gardens and structures. The hosts are wonderful and ever so accommodating to any questions or requests. They also helped me with some tours to explore Lovina and surroundings. The beach is about 15 min walk away. Breakfast is very nourishing and amazing. I’ll be sure to visit again.

The hotel is just a little far from the beach and it's good. Next to it is selling cheap fruit. The rooms are very clean, tidy. The area was repaired but we weren't disturbed. We were almost one of the visitors, but it wasn't bad, on the contrary it was quiet and quiet. The hotel has a great pool. The children spent a lot of time in it.

So here it is I booked for 2 deluxe rooms, but they “upgrade” it to family room without notifying me first. I went there with my sis and bro in law so we booked two separated room, but turns out we got 2 rooms in 1 building. We thought it was fine at first. BUT, there is no bathtub in the second room, or even water heater. I felt bad about it. Since my sis and bro in law got the second room. The first room was ok but lot different with the another one. The point is, we booked 2 different room because we want to get exact same condition of room. Same bathtub, same water heater, same bed. And yes, they gave us 4 free breakfast and 2pax of spa. It’s kinda worth the difference of our rooms. I suggest you to give the person what they want. I felt bad to my sis and bro in law. Fortunately they understand it. Your meal is ok. Your shower ok. Park ok. Service ok. Everything went well. Thank you for having us

I found this place by default, after my previous accommodation, Shri Ganesh, cancelling my room to resell at a higher price, because of high demand over the Christmas break. It's about 500 metres from the beach, not a bad location, but no warungs close by. The rate I received was lower than the agencies by about 10%, good business at 3.30 pm, when they were unlikely to get another booking. The room was comfortable, aircon efficient, but wifi was very unreliable. Initially, it may have been because of a thunderstorm, but even after that passed, it didn't get any better, and reception's advice was to sit in reception, or the breakfast room, because it would be better there!! I had need to look under the bed for a battery I dropped, and my guess is that it has NEVER been cleaned. Dust, fluff, used drinking straws, and food wrappers were plentiful. There was no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities. I take my own coffee, but a kettle would have been good to have. Breakfast was basic, self serve juice and coffee/tea, and two eggs, any style, on toast, or Nasi Goreng.

Stayed at Brits Resort Lovina in preparation for my wedding; having our WO, MUA, and Photographer coming all around our rooms. The space in the room really made us still feel comfortable even having people coming in / out our rooms. Service was great, room was immaculate despite being slightly outdated, public areas including garden, main pool, and pathway to beach were spacious, and breakfast was decent. Highlight would most probably be the Restaurant team who assisted us during breakfast. We were informed that breakfast opened at 07.00 but I needed to be up and got ready early. Therefore, I visited the breakfast restaurant at 06.30 hoping just to get some breads in preparation for my big day. Instead, they opened the buffet early for us and gave us full breakfast service. This is really appreciated. Thank you Brits Resort Lovina team and we are looking forward for our next stay.
