Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok

Silom/Sathon Bangkok|2.56km from Lord Buddha Museum
I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

We stayed here for a night and then came back for two nights, the hostel itself is very pleasant and has good areas communally to relax. There is a cafe on site for any hot beverages. The reception area provides free water refills and a kettle to use. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. The beds are in big rooms but there are 3 aircon units keeping the whole room cool. There is a balcony to relax outside on the second and third floors. Sofas to relax in the dorms themselves and lockers to keep valuables in with a key. The doors are security locked and you use a fob to get in and out which makes it feel more safe. The staff members are friendly and helped with any queries. The beds are comfortable and curtains / USB and plug sockets provided for each bed. Overall a good stay , we would recommend to other travellers

The hotel is great, but the TRIP is very rubbish, I just want to earn customers' money but there is no service, I have not communicated with the hotel, I bought the wrong ticket and I am unwilling to coordinate. I also asked me to coordinate with the airline myself, ** Laugh, tell you the whole company, ***I am very upset and disappointed, I am also doing sightseeing, next you wait for my negative evaluation! I forgot to take pictures. The single room I stayed in was very comfortable😌 I especially like that the toilet is big, clean and new. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and gentle to help solve problems. The location is very good, right next to the university town and the business district. There will be a deposit of 2,000 plants, which will be refunded when checking out. There is a free tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearby area (the big tuk-tuk in the picture) I don’t feel much about the noise of decoration that everyone mentioned. Anyway, sometimes I’ve already gone out, so it doesn’t have any impact on me. I will come to this hotel next time. The hotel’s internet speed is very good.

Chinatown
Really enjoyed staying at this quiet hotel in Bangkok's Chinatown. The area is a little away from most touristy roads, which is a good thing - I got to experience fantastic street food and interact with the kind and hospitable locals. The staff and the owner Mr. Lek, are amazingly kind and helpful and even helped me find interesting places to visit and tour guides.

We had a brilliant stay at the twin towers hotel! The entrance is very opulent, and there is always security and stuff on the front desk . Our room was always very clean and the view out of the window was incredible !!! The air-conditioning worked well and so did the Internet, the rooms are very soundproof and came with a lovely big desk ! The hotel is situated about 20 minute walk to Chinatown and opposite some local food market stalls. there is a 7-Eleven very close. And a short walk to the Metro/ Bangkok main train station. I’m here, it is only a short train into the centre where you can see the large temples and palace or go to the park with the pedaloes are free! Downstairs there is a fantastic outside swimming pool which is a great temperature and a very well equipped gym with sauna! It literally has everything you need ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
