Geneva Hotels with Bars

The hotel's airport shuttle bus was convenient. The room itself was pretty standard, and they even provided an extra bed for my child free of charge. On check-out day, my flight was delayed, and after Ctrip contacted them, they allowed us to have a late check-out until 2 PM.

Location: 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, about 10 minutes walk from the Palais des Nations. The nearby streets are relatively clean, and although it is on the street, it is generally quiet. Facilities: The hotel as a whole looks old-fashioned, and the room door key is also traditional, and you have to manually lock the door when entering and exiting. The internal facilities of the room should be relatively new and renovated, and the washbasin is a bit small. The windows can be opened for ventilation. There is no kettle in the room, and the mini bar needs to be paid for separately. Breakfast service: The breakfast is relatively simple, with freshly ground coffee. The staff is also quite enthusiastic.

Great location! Turn left out of the hotel, then right at the first intersection, and you're practically at the train station. It's only one stop to the airport. The hotel sent an email well in advance with a link to a transport card, which was super useful for buses, ferries, and even the train to the airport. The service was excellent, with a 24-hour coffee machine offering coffee and hot chocolate, plus bananas and lemonade. Sina at the front desk was the most polite and enthusiastic person we met on our entire France and Switzerland trip – she really made our stay! The room was quite small though, and only had two disposable paper cups for rinsing.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, being just a 1-2 minute walk from the lake. The No. 15 bus stop is also a short stroll away. It's only two stops from the train station, or a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, which is convenient even with luggage. The UN headquarters are also just two stops away. The hotel provides free public transport passes, making getting around exceptionally easy. You'll find Lidl and Coop supermarkets just one stop away. The hotel breakfast features delicious homemade bread and croissants. While the selection isn't vast, everything is truly delicious, and you can smell the wonderfully fresh aroma starting as early as 5 AM each morning. The price was very reasonable for Geneva, and the room also comes with a kitchen, perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied to have found such a great place in a city like Geneva!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with spacious and tidy rooms, complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. It's great value for money, making it an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Definitely worth staying again.

Swiss hotels are relatively expensive due to limited space, but this time, because my trip was longer, I booked a slightly larger double room with a view of the Jet d'Eau. From my room, I could see the fountain and the beautiful old buildings in the surrounding square. The room had three windows, which were very bright when open. My room also had a small luggage compartment. The hotel was very clean, and there was bus number 10 nearby that goes directly to and from the airport. However, you need to bring your own basic toiletries as they are not provided. It's a short walk from the city center, but not too far. There's a Burger King nearby, but for something better, you need to go to the train station where there's a Chinese restaurant; the food is decent. The hotel floors are wooden, which felt cleaner than carpet. Considering the high cost of living in Switzerland, this hotel is quite good value and worth recommending.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

The location is pretty convenient, and it is a surprise that before checking in, a public traffic ticket will be sent via email. Btw, the self-check-in process is quick and simple. It's indeed a good experience! My friend likes the hotel's breakfast very much. Five stars!

I recently spent 8 nights at the InterContinental Genève. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and there were several aspects worth mentioning. The room was quite spacious—especially for a solo traveler like me—which made it easy to settle in and relax during a longer stay. However, the décor felt a bit outdated, and there were areas with noticeable dust, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping visited the room every day, which I appreciated, but despite the daily service, the room still wasn’t as clean as I would expect from a hotel of this standard—particularly for an 8-night stay. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful. They were polite, attentive, and professional, and their warm service truly enhanced the experience. Unfortunately, there was one exception: a female staff member wearing thick black glasses. Her tone and attitude were not very pleasant, and her facial expressions made the interaction feel uncomfortable, which contrasted sharply with the excellent service from the rest of the team. In summary, while the spacious room—perfect for someone staying alone—and the generally outstanding service were definite positives, the outdated décor, dust, and inconsistent staff attitude are areas that could be improved. My 8-night stay was overall decent, but there is room for improvement to meet the level of quality expected from a hotel in this category.
